These promos take so long to credit it's easy to forget about them. QANTAS does get a lot of criticism on their consistency etc. when it comes to their service, but things like these promos are a real positive thing.

... except when they credit you are being short changed over 12,500 points.

OK. Who else has been ripped off?

4 family accounts with qualifying spend in each of 2 months (ie I did not qualify in the first month, and so I should have gained 4 people x 2 months x 5000 points).

So should have been 4 by 10K.

But have only had 5k max in one month for 2 of the 4 accounts.

All 4 accounts had epicure spend earning over 5000 spend points in a May. But 2 of the accounts only earnt a few hundred bonus points each.

15k deposited this afternoon. BW transaction account earn must have been counted as qualifying earn.

Was expecting 3x5000 but have received only 2x5000. Thinking I'll just wait and see if the other 5,000 points show up on their own, in case the system is in the middle of processing month by month.

Annoyingly, each posting has the same description ("DOUBLE QANTAS POINTS 30.3.17-13.6.17 24AUG17"), so I can't see which of the three months hasn't credited.

Oh well, still at least 10000 points confirmed, which I'd honestly forgotten about until this thread reminded me recently!

I do not think that those points were the double points offer as it was meant to be capped at 5000 points per month.

I just had 3 x 5000pts drop into my account from a forgotten double points promo.
Happy enough about that, but there's no way of telling which flights they related to.
This is the only info:

Wow! I'd forgotten all about that as well. However, it's highlighted a strange glitch - the promotion was for time periods: 30Mar-30Apr, 1May-31May & 1Jun-13Jul, however, the bonus entry states 30Mar-13Jun - does this mean there is another batch to come to cover the time period 14Jun-13Jul? Reason I ask is that I haven't been credited for the whole time period so am missing 1,890 points. Not a lot, I know, but just curious...

Same story here.
5000 x 2 and then ~1500 x 1. I'm sure it should have been 5000 x3.
I'll give it a week or two to see what happens, before deciding I can't be bothered fighting it...

I think what you'll find is that there will be another batch run to credit missing points for the time period 14 Jun to 13 Jul - just a hunch! If not, there will be a lot of complaints heading QF's way!

I have looked back at the specific months and can't see how they got those numbers I earn between 20k and 50k points per month for the promo periods - all from non flying activity

Not all non-flying activity was eligible. But I my 4 family accounts we each had enough of the qualifying spend with a seemingly random approach as to who earned bonus points and how much.

ie I earnt the full 5000 bonus on an epicure purchase whereas one daughter only earnt bonus points matching the $ spend.

Though I had 4 epicure spends in May in 4 accounts that should have earnt the max 5000 bonus each and only two did. The other two only earnt bonus points on the $ purchase value of the epicure purchases.

So it is not just 14 Jun to 13 Jul period which would explain the missing 4x5000 points as the WR spend may well have been missed.

WW Rewards Conversion hasn't credited correctly either (i.e it hasn't credited at all).

It was covered specifically by the T&C's

I should have got more points for the last month as I had points earned on the ground in the 14th June to 13th July period. Hopefully those credit soon. Still my spend was a lot lower than many here over the 3 months.
