Double Velocity status credits with Coles/flybuys in December 2021

Has anyone else received this email from Velocity? Double status credits at Coles this month (up to 20 VA status credits instead of the usual 10). Not sure if targeted or open to all.



Incidentally, I received this email at exactly the same time as a confirmation email from Velocity saying that the 500 points I'd transferred over from flybuys had landed in my account. So not sure if that triggered this offer?

This is something that has run for a number of Xmas periods now from memory. I don't believe that it is targeted.

I can recall DSC for December last year, and at least the one prior to that so not necessarily a new thing.

Makes sense. I mean it's only halfway through January. I remember the days when status credits would load on the 5th day of the following month without fail, I thought it was just an automated process back then. Guess it's all manually done nowadays?

Yes, I also received 10 status credits. It should have been 20.

Yup I didn't receive the bonus double SC either. Big surprise.
