Amex kept saying they dish out points, not miles. miles is the FF, and its the FF i need to chase......... so annoying.... I've always had good service from amex till now. And of course, the answer comes from someone who had never heard of the promotion and could not find it on their database either. And i am supposed to take that person's advice vs that person going to ask someone who knows what they are talking about? geez....

I am having trouble perhaps was due to redemption during the extended period...... thats hard to prove.

I made the transfer on 30 October 2014 and the bonus points only posted yesterday.

I dont know if that is a real word or not, but it should when used in situations like this. Maybe its just me but point transfers or bonuses posting nowadays seem to be a bit of a gamble or actually requiring magic to materialize.

Mine posted yesterday too, zero intervention required. I wonder if it is because you queried it, or if they would have posted anyway. I do like automagically, it is one of my favourite words when dealing with these companies. Its all smoke and mirrors...
