Nope. Still nothing...

This is most likely a stupid question, but I was an IT support tech in a past life - have you added your Velocity number under the rewards settings? I think this has changed a bit from last year.

I'm an existing user and the VA number is already in the Rewards section since the update to how they award points. Still no points.

For those with the points already in their accounts, are you a new user or existing user?

I'm an exisiting Digital Mailbox user who didn't receive the email, but went in and signed up for David Jones, and 1500 points have now hit my account within 24 hours

Right. Hmm. I'm an existing user as well (got the 1,000 VA bonus points when I signed up last year, too).

Both Mrs.SydneySwan and I already had MyPost accounts. I already had a provider and added another a week ago. So far I haven't received the 1500 bonus points.

Mrs.SydneySwan did not have a provider so she added one. After about 4 days she received the 1500 points.

Two junior SydneySwans did not have MyPost accounts. I opened accounts for them and added David Jones as a provider to both. 1500 points received by both after 24 hours.

I will add David Jones to my account to see if it triggers the 1500 points. Otherwise I will have to contact Velocity.

So i imagine if accounts were already awarded 1000 bonus points for sign up, they no longer qualify for the 1500 for "link up" with providers?

Nope. Those accounts are also eligible to receive the bonus points.

I have signed up for a MyPost account under the 1000 bonus point offer and received an email for the 1500 bonus points offer.

I don't have the email still, but I think somewhere in the T&C it did indicate up to 10 days.

Same thing for me, existing user, attached a new provider and no bonus yet. Has been 6 days

I signed up a month or so ago and got the initial 1000 bonus. Read here about DJ subscribe 1500 bonus. I subscribed Sat night and points in my account this morning.

Thanks for sharing.

Signed up with the 1000 points bonus the other month, registered for DJs catalogues on Friday, got 1500 more points today! Easiest 2500 points ever? :D

My Digital Mailbox Family Pooling comes up trumps again-another 6K points. Didnt even have to create DJ accounts

Quick note on this in case anyone was wondering - there aren't many providers that are relevant in WA, but I registered my.gov.au and got the 1.5k!

Now to do so for Mrs Excel...

The hit-and-miss with the interactions between the Australia Post Digital Mailbox and Velocity is frankly shocking.

I've had to contact Australia Post multiple times for various point earn promises. To their credit, they have always eventually sorted it out.

Given Australia Post have an exclusive travel arrangement with Qantas, it's surprising that they've decided to align with Velocity to get people using their product.
