Where abouts do you send claims for missing points from My Digital Post.I signed up when it first came out and received the initial 1,000 bonus.Since then I have paid a Rates accounts and points have come through,then activated the promotion for other providers,eg Westpac,have paid CC bill and not received any points.The missing claims point section on Velocity does not have any activation box for Aust Post Digital.Do I just give them more time to come through?

I haven't got the T&Cs to hand but I thought that the extra points were only for adding your first provider (not a new one)
Aust post have allocated 50 points for the subsequent bill paid,but did not honour the promotion of 1500 points for adding a new provider.I will keep a closer watch on if and when a promo comes up again.As members have also stated,the offer was for existing Digital Box holders as well.

anyone else still waiting? 6 weeks later (and a follow-up request via the Platinum desk) still nothing. Doesn't exactly instil confidence the concept of digital mailbox and the expanded use of it (as more providers, esp. away from the cities, are added).
I am still waiting as well....
I wonder if auspost have any new customers actually using this thing after this promotion?
