Earn Velocity points paying bills with Australia Post

Where abouts do you send claims for missing points from My Digital Post.I signed up when it first came out and received the initial 1,000 bonus.Since then I have paid a Rates accounts and points have come through,then activated the promotion for other providers,eg Westpac,have paid CC bill and not received any points.The missing claims point section on Velocity does not have any activation box for Aust Post Digital.Do I just give them more time to come through?

there doesnt seem to be any logic re when they come thru..i signed up 2 weeks ago...still waiting...friends signed up yesterday and the points are in already....I too am interested in who i can contact re points and lack of posting.
 
I sent an email to Velocity complaining that I was missing my 1500 points for adding a provider on MyPost Digital after allowing the required 10 days for the points to arrive. Velocity then took 11 days to tell me that I need to raise a case with Australia Post. I raised a case 2 days ago but still waiting to hear back. If you are missing points from MyPost Digital raise a case here;

I haven't got the T&Cs to hand but I thought that the extra points were only for adding your first provider (not a new one)

Existing users need to connect to a provider, nothing about 'first'. T&C here - To earn 1,500 bonus Velocity Points New users must sign up for a MyPost Digital Mailbox service, enter your Velocity membership number & connect to a bill provider between 16 April and 16 May 2015 inclusive. Existing users need to connect to a provider within the promotional period. To be eligible to earn Velocity Points, you must enter your Velocity membership number and your First and Last Name must match the information in your Velocity Account. Velocity Points will be allocated to your Velocity Account within 10 days from transaction date. Only one allocation of 1,500 bonus Velocity Points will be earned for a connection. Multiple connections will not attract more bonus Points.

sent in an inquiry to Aust post a week ago...haven't heard anything back as yet. points still not posted.
 
Aust post have allocated 50 points for the subsequent bill paid,but did not honour the promotion of 1500 points for adding a new provider.I will keep a closer watch on if and when a promo comes up again.As members have also stated,the offer was for existing Digital Box holders as well.:(

Have you logged a case with Australia Post My Digital?
 
Yes I have,i used the contact info supplied by Sydney Swan to contact them directly with all the relevant info.
 
my points still havent posted, I eventually got an email back after 2 weeks saying....

Thank you for your email regarding the issues you are facing logging in to your My Post Digital Mailbox. I can certainly help you with some information today.

I’m sorry we have not got back to you sooner. We are currently working through a larger than normal number of emails and have not been able to respond as quickly as we would like.

So still no sign up points, and no bonus points for DJ's......


 
anyone else still waiting? 6 weeks later (and a follow-up request via the Platinum desk) still nothing. Doesn't exactly instil confidence the concept of digital mailbox and the expanded use of it (as more providers, esp. away from the cities, are added).

I wonder if auspost have any new customers actually using this thing after this promotion?
 
I pay my water bill as i get a few extra points. I get the letter for my mobile but pay separately as i can then use amex via paypal which you cant do on the digitalmailbox
