Mine haven't, but then I only applied at the end of Aug. On the plus side, I have got some points, so my FF number works with them

i am interested in applying for the earth credit card, yet i was shattered to find out that they had the free 10,000 ff points give away which ended in august as i only came across this card last month. I know the deal has finished and some would say tuff luck but do you think that if i ring up and question them i might have a chnace of recieving the 10,000 ff points

Well give them a call and try....though the bonus was actually 15,000 points..not 10,000

Well you may have missed out...but for the ofa minor purchase why not still make minor purchase.

we contacted Westpac and explained that there was a delay in receiving the card, hence, the reason why we didn't make any purchases........ Westpac advised to make a purchase asap, wait the eight weeks, and if the FF points do now not credit, log a 'points claim' with the explaination......

so we'll see how it goes

very impressed with the service from Earth, got my card sept 24, made my first spend on sept 30 and already got my 15k points yesterday, no follow up nothing necessary, very very happy.

If only ANZ could pull their sucks up and be this efficeint.....been waiting on my 12000points for like 13 weeks now

I, for one, will be very interested to see whether they credit the points - I'm in the same boat. My first spend was on 10 October, well past the 30 September offer cutoff. So, we'll see...

....and despite minimal card usage, we have both since received "special credit limit increase offers" of around $4,000 each...

Well, you were a darn sight luckier than us.... Westpac stuffed around with my card, so called "lost" internally, told to cancel and get a new one re-issued. Rang back a day later, oh look, here it is.... at least my points came through pretty quickly...

We had to go back to the branch twice to get my missus's card, because of their incompetence, unhelpful and STUPID staff member telling us complete rubbish... then no application form for QFF membership, had to ring multiple times... the saga goes on... only bright light was the superb help I got from the QFF CSR . Still waiting for all the points, including the spend... and when you ring up... "oh, we can't do anything for you...wait...:evil:

Once those points finally hit, INSTANT cancellation of the cards:evil: :evil:
