Totally underwhelming I think........ Perhaps we all got sucked in to the initial hype and temptation of something worthwhile...

you'll be rewarded with a daily bonus offer, exclusive to Everyday Rewards Members

However there was no mention of bonus POINTS, just bonus OFFERS :-|

I think the point of the promotion is the daily competition - and not so much points.. not everyone with a EDR card is a QFF member.

I'm just glad I took advantage of the double points on Monday. I've ended up pretending that was my targeted offer for the week. Anything else is just a bonus (not that I've been overwhelmed by Tuesday or Wednesdays offers).

I can confirm that only WOW gift cards miss out on points. Some time ago there was a unspeakable hack that involved me buying $1000's of 3rd party gift cards, all these purchases accrued EDR points.

But you can earn points when you spend the wow gift card. I assume that whatever loophole, which allowed you to get the value of the gift cards out as cash, was closed?

Double QFF points on transactions over $30 at Big W.

Ho-hum.

Also there is a link near the bottom of the email listing the winners so far (unfortunately I was not among them).

I got double points for spend over $30 at Big W. Also got a targeted Big W offer for 400 points. This may lead me to making a detour on my way home tomorrow.

I don't like to say it but the Coles/Flybuys offers I see going through my inbox are much better than Woolies at the moment. Pity we are 40 + km from the nearest Coles. Maybe people need to start shopping at Coles to let woolies see a drop off in activity and their bonuses might get better again because they WERE good ! ?

Ok, Mrs Shintaro walks into the local Woolworths Supermarket, she gets many looks but knows exactly what she is doing. Time after time many customers in the store do the double take look at Mrs Shintaro picking up some mid-week groceries & necessities…. The looks continue until someone breaks the silence….
“fancy seeing you shopping here” someone asks… Followed by “Would have thought you would be better off shopping at Coles with your staff discount”.... Mrs shintaro is on her way home from work and still in her work uniform...

Mrs Shintaro is a loyal Coles Employee, but a savvy shopper, can see the value in the EDR / QFF program, and keen to Learn some trick or two from Mr Shintaro.... eventually Mrs Shintaro responds “There's Qantas points on offer here, unlike at my employer…” followed by a cheeky “And using a 5% off wish cards from my local RAA, equals my staff discount at Coles”……” So why would I shop at Coles when Woolworths is where all the Qantas points are at…all with a 5% discount”

I am so proud of Mrs Shintaro, she has adapted well and been a good apprentice….and all from me learning a few tricks from this site and its informative members he he…
