Are the offers early this week?

Mum - Fresh food offer spend $20+ across various departments for 100 bonus points :)
Me - 30% off Kelloggs All-Bran Original

JohnK, Seems that they have changed the delivery date to Sun PM. For the better IIRC.

Mrs LW and I both got double points over $30 at Big W (doubt we'll register) and she got 250 points for more than $50 shopping online. Registered and easy collection there - checked when I got home and it's about time we did our monthly shop for staples ;)

Because I was away in MEL Thu/Sun, I took her card and forgot to check the closing date for last Sun's offers. Didn't get to a WOW until my return to BNE (awesome, DFO WOW open to 7pm). Only could remember mrs LW's 100 pts for $5 babycare products, so got baby-wipes (brilliant for a multitude of uses). So if it closed on Sat, then no points for us this week

I got double points at Woolworths again this week.

I think I can actually use this one :) I have activated, but will safe my shop until I return from SIN

I actually got a BWS offer, spend $30+ at both WOW and BWS for 250 bonus points and works for online.
Also got 250 points for $50 WOW online spend, so a chance to double up !

This also bobbed up in my in-box this morning......interestingly the offer last two weeks!

My cunning plan to drive down the road to Liquor Land these past few weeks has paid off:p

Nothing for me this week...fingers crossed for a mid-week offer instead.

Ok, I got the 100 pts for two select items, I presume it is limited to max two transactions ?
I couldn't go everyday and get 100 pts everyday?

Stop presuming and read the terms and conditions of the offer - if it says "this promo can be used multiple times" then you need to start planning.

Glad someone got a select offer, they have been quiet lately!

Today I shopped for my meat and veg as these fitted in with my offer. As I unpacked my shopping I thought of how much the packaging is in the total price. I had purchased a pack of 6 chicken fillets, packed into 3 individually wrapped portions (2 per portion) from the meat section. Total weight was 1.742 kg@$10.90/kg. total price was $18.99. Curiosity got to me after i opened the package and i weighed the packaging with the juice/water, the weight of the packaging was 200 gms, more than 10% which mean't I paid $2.18 for the wrapping. Lesson learn't maybe only purchase single fillets from the deli next time. Anyway just seen the same fillets $2.00 per/kg cheaper in the deli. oh well next time.

Um, shouldn't you weigh the meat?

Their scales should be tared to account for the weight of the packaging. This is a published Woolworths policy.

Certainly juice/water can be a contentious topic on its own, but you shouldn't pay for the weight of the packaging.

Slightly OT

Woolworths Liquor - Penfolds 389 @ $74.99 (Less the current promotion 30% off wine) (Less 5% Wish Card Discount) = $49.87 per bottle x 6 = $299.22

View attachment 8561

Dan Murphy's - Penfolds 389 @ $47.90 (Less 5% Wish Card Discount) = $45.51 per bottle x 6 = $273.06

Penfolds Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz | Dan Murphy's | Buy Wine, Champagne, Beer & Spirits Online

Saving $26.16 at Dan Murphy's will "cost" me ~269 QFF points ;)

Glad I got mine from Eqiqure for a gains of about 10000 points.

Yes after weighing the meat separately the meat came within 100gms of the advertised weight so I will put the difference down to my scales, but next time its off to the deli and to save $2.00 a kilo.

My only Sunday offer was a Woolies one. 200 bonus points for $80 spend. This is my most regular offer in the last few weeks, and one I have never taken up. Perhaps they are waiting for me to spend the $80 before they send something else. LOL.
