EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

No offers for Mr Shintaro this week, not fussed with that since the cough offers out there to date, Mrs Shintaro bagged a cough offer, so did junior number 3.

So tempted to open that silver envelope, but I'm too slack to work out the flight redemption rate with FlyBuys at the moment...! "Everyday Rewards" hey, well that's becoming a stretch in my opinion...! this program may as well be run by Joyce ...!

EDR 1 vs Flybuys 1....EDR, you clearly lost the plot...!

My Silver pack hasn't arrived yet and I'll be damned if I'm entering a store with a card printed on my printer at home!

I'm not sure I want $20 for spending $300, I know it's money for nothing essentially, but I'm still not pleased...
Why? Only interested in points offers? Effectively this is a 6.67% discount on regular shopping.

When the price is at or just below the wholesale price for the day, fill up, as in the next day or three prices will increase by 12-18cents!
I think even when fuel is at it's cheapest Woolworths Petrol is still more expensive.

I should be able to go to Woolworths Petrol with a fuel discount and be 100% confident that I will get the discounted price on offer to everyone else buying fuel at other petrol stations and my discount is actually going to get me a saving. Then I can decide if I want the saving or the QFF points.

Walking away paying the same after the discount as what I would have paid across the street makes me feel sick. I do not want to purchase QFF points with my fuel purchase and then try to justify the value I am getting out of the purchase....

Don't know if this is a targeted offer, or general, but l'll post it up anyways.

Spend $100 per week, for 3 weeks, to get a $20 WOW Gift Card. They are joking right....l'll give this one a miss.

This now makes it 2 offers in close to ~6 weeks.
I haven't been shopping at WOW much tbh.
The IGA does 100% better chickens (same price as WOW). The WOW chickens are so overcooked (mainly from siting under the lights for some 4 or so hours), that they are literally falling apart when you taken them out of the carry bag and also sitting in an inch of chicken juice.

I too received the $100 x 3 for a $20 gift card. As I have provided feedback a few times saying I did not use the fuel offers I will see how I go with this one. Should be possible as it can be spread over multiple stores/spends. At least EDR will see that I have activated this one.

We all received the $20 gift card offer and nothing else.

Is Woolworths trying to build up their points balance before offering bonus points again?

Did a $115 emergency shop at WOW on Sat.

Then I got a 6c fuel discount if I spent $15 on F&V from Monday. Sorry, got it all on Sat :o :(

Mrs LW got the save $9.95 on their prepaid MC. Sorry, don't need another CC. I told them via feedback wasn't interested in the offer.

We both got yesterday the consecutive week $100 shops for $20 Wishcard. Activated and mildly interested but doubt we'll achieve.

So another disappointing week for our family with offers similar to others here.

I also gave feedback on the other offers - needless to say they were firmly using the LHS buttons.

Not interested until the bonus offers for POINTS come back.

So following on from a post I made a week or so ago, I have been chosen for a WW focus group which meets tomorrow night. I'll be sure to provide feedback about the reduction of bonus point offers and my disdain of fuel offers :)

Oh wow (pun intended)
Yes, fuel offers are only useful to some people in some circumstances. (As are bonus points offers I guess.) And the current almost universal fuel discounts is upsetting many. I am sure that I am not the only one who would rather collect flybuys points (which often come with fuel discounts anyway) than too many fuel offers by themselves

enjoy yourself

Unless they are 15c per Lt offers...for 54 L they earn more than 400 points

yes indeedy..I take three cars for these. But each of these cars uses maybe 20 litres a week. So too many fuel offers in the family means they cannot all be used. So the odd bonus points offer doesn't go astray. I was just getting into them too :)

I fill up once a month...maybe...so way too many fuel offers for me! :(

These fuel offers are ridiculous. Who needs that much petrol?!?

Sigh. Feedback sent.

Fuel offers are a bonanza for those who drive alot and have cars with decent sized tanks.

My tank is only 38L and I can't tell you the last time that I put more than 30L in it. I fill up once a month if I'm lucky. Many of the discounts are expiring before I can use them as I try to get the most benefit out of a bigger discount. Mr Natalie has a fuel card and therefore any petrol offers are wasted on him as he can't swipe his EDR card. He hasn't been to Woolworths since they swapped to fuel discounts.
