On another related matter, MrsW used her card last week in QLD, we are from Vic, and she got an email noting that she was at the surfers paradise location and could she please complete a survey on this store. I found this interesting.

Unfortunately her interest in points and this forum is, lets just say, not the same as mine The email is now gone, so I am not sure if there was any reward for completion. They are certainly using the program data from what I can see.

I had 200 points we miss you, 400 points for $30 spend at BWS and the double points offer last week. This week just the rather generic Double points at Big W offer on 2 out of 3 accounts. Just a few weeks too soon for an upcoming large purchase

Got the Big W double points short term offer as well. Double points isn't enough alone to get me into the store. The $30 qualifying limit is a pain as well. If the offer had been for one week and I was able to stack it with another offer then I would have considered going in.

cough offers this week, won't leave feedback, will activate but not take up their offer.....doing this they can see I'm still here, just they have not used the correct lubrication to get me into their store.
