Yeah I got this offer for my local as well. Didn't realise they were part of WOW group as well as Master's.

Yeah I got this offer for my local as well. Didn't realise they were part of WOW group as well as Master's.

Not really part of it, they are a franchise outlet where the master is owned in a 50:50 venture with Lowes and WOW who took over Danks in 2009. The stores are all independently owned and operated AFAIK, and share the same parent as Masters.

word of caution. Hang onto all your receipts until all the points have posted. None of my transactions or bonus point offers have posted in the past fortnight, although the fuel vouchers from those transactions have. I just put in a call to their customer service as I am missing over 1500 points (transactions and bonuses) since 18/5 and they asked for all receipts to verify I am entitled to the bonus points. I normally don't keep supermarket receipts for longer than a couple of days so I might have an argument over the older transactions, even though, as I pointed out, one bonus offer was 300 points if I spent $100 on beer and there is a BWS transaction for $100 (two cases of Peroni) which recorded the base points but not the bonus points.
Haven't had any problems up to now but I'll be watching it a lot more closely here on in. All offers were activated and in accordance with the T&C and eligible dates as I am cough after missing out on a 20c voucher because I shopped after activating the offer, but not realising the offer didn't start till the following day.

Masters Hardware is a third Lowes and two thirds Woolies. The Woolies 5% off gift cards work there so Masters can be cheaper than "lower prices are just the beginning" guys. Masters stores are lovely inside if you like places that are new.

Also got the BWS offer. Hopefully will be able to use my birthday gift card as well. Need some Rum.

No offers for Mrs Bodie.

Bodie

I got BWS too, although the offer I got from them 2 weeks ago was better, $30 spend for 500 points.

Agree, drove slightly out of my way to a very empty but lovely Masters store not too long ago. Had a McCafe too I recall.

Ended up in BWS this afternoon to decide what to buy, but I've been on a health streak and not been drinking and everything I considered gave me fear I'd just end up drinking it when I got home.. so walked out empty handed.

God damn I'm an idiot. After waiting for a decent fuel offer I racked up a 15cpl over the weekend.

Just put 66L in the car and forgot to scan the EDR card! There goes 500 points.

At least I have a 300 bonus points for $35 spend at BWS! Carton of p1ss here I come.

Same situation for me. I'm missing 3 of 6 transactions and +1500 points from WOW delivery orders. I phone support who advised they could credit transactions under 500 points. That happened. The follow up call from the ops team about the bigger points transactions hasn't come.

I'm going to wait a few more days and then email. I definitely have order numbers via the online portal but need to check I have the receipts from delivery.

Don't think I could ever forget to scan the card, after all the purpose of the visit isn't to buy grog, or fuel, or even food, it's to swipe my card and collect bonus points :p
