Got our $60 gift card (apparently) an received the spend another $150 ( before Tuesday) for an extra $20 off offer. Don't think we'll even try.

Aaarrgghh. Mrs QF WP shopped instore on Sunday and forgot her card :o :(

Did she forget her phone?

You ignored my advice. Put an entry in her phone under VEDR and the Everyday Rewards card number. In fact you can have an entry for your Everyday Rewards card as well as LEDR. And all the kids.

No I didn't ignore your advice, she did. I'm usually not allowed to touch her phone...:o

How any self respecting wife of an AFF'er goes to a WOW without her EDR card is beyond me. Oh well, perhaps because of that omission, she'll get better offers in the future??

See what happens when I'm not around....

Mine stays in my wallet for that very reason. Not likely that I can buy much without it.

Just e-mail the receipt and have the points retrospectively credited? That's what I did with Tesco Clubcard the one time I forgot!

No points, however the 15% off on top of the 50% specials https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/137929 will probably result in a bite!

Apparently they had missed me.

Two accounts got "spend $30 in one transaction for 250 points".

I didn't end up taking up either of the above offers. I can't quite believe it. Usually I take up both these types of offers. I wonder whether we'll get better or worse offers on these accounts now.

I spent just over $50 for the week starting wed 19 and ending tue 25 on my account and received the $10 bonus Easter voucher on my receipt. It has to be used by April 1 which is only a week away. Hopefully I can combine it with another targeted offer on my account before it expires. There are a couple of specials I like in the catalogue that starts tomorrow so I should be able to use the voucher before it expires.

My wife got this email from Woolies online

Save 10%
Enter code SAVEA4 at checkout. When you spend $460 or more. Hurry, offer ends 1 April 2014.

and not surprisingly said to me:

Did you get an email like this? Usually you don’t have to spend as much to get the same discount.

Meanwhile I got:

Save $15
Enter code RNS15 at checkout. When you spend $150 or more. Hurry, offer ends 1 April 2014.

No prizes for guessing which one we'll take up ;)

I didn't get any offers overnight from EDR. I went shopping this morning to pick up one of the specials that will probably sell out before the end of the catalogue period. I used my $10 EDR voucher that I qualified for yesterday. I'll share my experiences here so that other members can get the most out of their voucher and any other offers and promotions they are trying to achieve during the same transaction.

The voucher counts as a $10 discount and it comes off the total listing straight away. This means that the final transaction total is the amount of groceries value less the amount of the voucher. If you are trying to get the Dreamworks cards, this will reduce the amount you qualify for. My grocery value was just over $20 but the total came down to just over $10. I had 2 bonus products in the transaction. I thought I would end up with 3 cards but the receipt said I was only eligible for 2 cards. Luckily the self serve attendent knew my family loved the cards and gave us 3 cards anyway.

The same theory should apply to fuel vouchers. You will need to pay more than $30 after the voucher has been taken off in order to get the fuel voucher on your account. The same should also apply if you are trying for a specific target on the shop or individual products in order to qualify for a targeted email offer or other offer.

One way of summarising all this, is that the voucher counts as a discount and not a payment method.

If anyone has any questions or observations please let me know. One of the terms and conditions of the voucher is that it can be used instore only, not online and there are other conditions printed in the email and the voucher as well.

Overnight I received

Save $10
Enter code SAVEA1 at checkout. When you spend $110 or more. Hurry, offer ends 1 April 2014.

Will be passing on this offer, I don't think I'll be spending $110 on shopping this weekend so I'll just shop in-store.... *hoping for targeted product offers*
