EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Haven't received any offers that I've found useful in the last few weeks (received the Hot Cross Buns offer and a couple of online and instore offers with spend well above what I've ever spent!). Haven't been shopping at WW much in this time, which is part coincidence, but no motivation to shop there either!

After that, received a coupon booklet in the mail today, with lots of coupons covering the next 6 weeks, some of which are useful. Many have higher thresholds than previously (e.g. a number of weeks have 500 bonus points for $90, which was previously $80). I usually struggle to make the $80, so $90 is probably not going to work. A few % discount offers too.

I'm not sure why they have sent the offers via mail (haven't received mail offers before) - it's very costly and for me, I would much prefer them to be on the app or via e-mail - coupons are likely to be overlooked/forgotten (too big to carry around and I usually don't plan my shopping trips).

You have received bonus point offers for the next 6 weeks?

That would just about be perfect if one is able to plan how much to spend.

Yes, I have. Every second week is 500 bonus points for $90 spend, interspersed with a 5x points for spend over $30 (haven't seen that one before), a couple of $5 discounts for $90 and a few random discounts (15% off fruit & veg, 15% off meat, 20% off beauty, discounts off random products), that can be used with the main bonus points/discounts.

I like the sound of them - but agree would rather have them electronic

I like coupons and the idea of being able to plan my WW shopping 6 weeks ahead appeals to me. Remembering the coupons is a pain, but usually I write the coupons I need on my shopping list so I usually remember them. I've never received EDR coupons before but I'm hoping they target them to my specific spending habits rather than the traditional $50, $80, $120 offers that appear on the weekends sometimes.

Sounds like EDR are taking a leaf out of the Flybuys book? Hope I get one.

Got a coupon book today. A few vouchers of "300 bonus points for $40 purchase" and "$5 off for $40 purchase". Some 15% off $15 spent on certain departments (deli, seafood, bakery). Finally, one 5x points voucher on $30 or more spend.

Just received an email with a BWS offer:

$40 = 200 bonus points
$55 = 300 bonus points

I had a similar offer several weeks ago and missed it $1!

Your coupon book has some better offers than mine! $5 off for $40 is much better than $5 off for $90! Over 10% compared to just over 5%.

The coupon stories are getting more and more interesting. We have multiple family accounts so I hope one account gets lucky and gets a coupon book with suitable offers. It appears they are trying to target to specific spending thresholds and product groups.
