Step Mum - Double Points
Me - We miss you, spend $50 for 300 points (received late last week for spend this week) - have activated and used.

Got spend $50 for 4 weeks, get $100. A really good offer, but my typical spend habits are around ~20-30 per week from supermarkets, so it may be tough.

Same here...

Given I am on the road for the next few weeks not sure if I will get much benefit.

<snipped>
Activated the 1000 points / $275 spend to do the weekly shop.
Online ordered $300 of groceries
Order value fell to $227.
No 1000 points bonus.
Spoke to correct everydayrewards person today(apparently previous number I had was Woolies not EDR) - "of course we'll apply your 1000 points" and you'll see them within 72 hours.

I find them quite good when I do have to call

After months of receiving no offers, got this doozy this afternoon.

We got this on a rarely used card. The last time this card was used was for 5000 bonus points for first online order a couple of months ago.

Got a double points offer yesterday, activated it tonight after a shop so we'll see if it comes through.

The points came through, I actually had two shops > $30 in the time period and got double points for both.

There's at least one other variation on the 4 week offer mentioned earlier in the thread. I just received an email for my card of a $100 reward at the end of 4 weeks but I have to spend $90 in one transaction each week instead of the $50 mentioned earlier in the thread.

It's a very tricky offer to decide on. The spending in one transaction is going to be hard and I'd have to be careful which fresh and non perishable food I chose. There will be 2 weeks where it will be easy to get to the $90 in one transaction but I'm not sure about the other two. I don't really like the one transaction condition. The reward also has to be spent in one transaction and my guess it will be calculated as a discount rather than a payment method. That will probably mean that I won't get any points for the $100 transaction when I get the reward groceries and won't be able to take up any other EDR offers for that transaction. With the flybuys dollars rewards I can earn more bonus points while spending the rewards dollars from previous big offers.

The percentage reward isn't as good as the 50% return on the other variation of the offer. Mine is about a 28% return plus I'll get the 5% discount which I normally get. It also means I'll have to stockpile some homebrand goods like toilet paper in order to meat the $90 target each week. It's a good thing I have the storage space.

I'm probably going to take this offer up. The return is slightly better than the current return I get on the 4 week promotions at Coles/flybuys. I've got 2 weeks left on the current Coles promotion but I should be able to do two weeks where the promotions overlap without having to stockpile too much stuff.

My card hasnt been swiped since June and no decent offer to be seen.

My sister received an amazing offer today of which it will definitely be taken advantage of :D:

Sure is :D, but just read the T&Cs:

Work experience kid didn't proof read again :/ . I'll make sure the email is kept, $20 is spent each week and wait for the $50 to appear on the card, if it isn't, I'll be ready for a challenge

The Ts&Cs look ok to me? Spend $20 each week, but in order to receive the $50 off on the final spend (week 5), you need to spend $50 or more.

After a long drought I've had alternating offers of 500 bonus points or double points for $250 spend over the last month or so.
Quite happy if those keep coming as every little bit adds to the kitty.

I got 500 points for $ 120 spend.
not bad, spent $ 185 on my Amex Card = 500 bonus, 155 EDR + 277 NAB QFF = 932 points for $ 185, not best deal ever but not shabby either especially when I only bought we we needed anyway.

Got this offer as well.

Surprised this has actually made the channel 9 news in MEL tonight.

And in SYD. The story suggested that the same offer was sent to every EDR member. Clearly that is not correct.

Still waiting - possible that there servers are over-loaded and distribution is taking some time.

The news item I saw stated that you have to activate it by Sunday night or lose out.

Got spend $30 for 250 points on my partner's account. I was hoping to do a small shop early in the week to take up the specials in the current catalogue so this works out well. Later in the week I'll be doing the first of the $90 transactions on my card using the specials from the next catalogue.
