EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

I actually bought a laptop two years ago from DSE and because of the Irish salesmen trying to use high pressure tactics to buy the "extra insurance" I forgot to present my EDR card. 200 metres down the road I realised my mistake and went back to refund the purchase to repurchase the laptop so I could get the points. No way I was letting 500 points get away! Got the points 10 days later.
A month ago used my Dads card at DSE on a small purchase to redeem his Birthday bonus points. Got them a week later. His EDR number was at the bottom despite being under $50.

Picked up some DVDs and Blue Rays today, bit of a PITA to self checkout at some needed manual intervention to verify I was over 15 :). Also took advantage of the DSE 25% off inks offer, dropping my printers carts to $21, luckily HP have a promo where you get a $20 gift card when you buy two, so nett cost will be closer to $10 each from $28 originally.

Looks like I'll have a third phone call to get my 258 points from my DSE purchase on 14 Feb...getting beyond a joke - they've taken the receipt details twice. Surely it can't be that difficult

Edr didn't care when dse in Elizabeth st didn't give me my extra 10% off clearance sale items a cpl of weeks ago... Not too surprising they can't push points along quickly.

Did try 2 Macros products a few weeks ago.
Soy Milk - terrible
Mixed Nuts - good

If anyone from WOW is ready this, can you please stock a 1L Lactose Free Yoghurt product, like Harvey Fresh does in WA and more Lactose Free Long Life Milk products. Only one available is Liddells Lactose Free Milk (Skim/Lite/Calcium+/Normal) and l've had issues with all the product over the last few months. Have written to WOW and Liddells, replies; Liddells - letter apologising, WOW - automatic reply/nothing.

Between my partner and I, we got similar offers to the bolded.
I got the same Big W offer, $50 in WOW liquor for 250 points (coincidentally I made my first WOW liquor purchase in quite a while on Saturday), and the fresh produce offer - except my partner has to spend $80 to get 100 points. Our total groceries spend is below that! Unless you buy a heap of meat and freeze it, who is going to reach that threshold?

I doubt any of these will get used.

300 Bonus points
When you spend $30 or more this week

I got a Big W tiered offer. 50 points for $30, 100 points for $50-99, 200 points for $100+.

I did most of my stock shopping at Big W in the last few weeks when I had the double points offers and nappies offer. I don't really have anything else I need this week. If I get a Wednesday offer which I can combine with the Monday offer I might make a trip there later in the week. I could stock up on birthday presents but I usually prefer to do this when there is a sale on.

Very interesting offers for the Wilson family this week:

Me - 100 bonus points for any WOW Macro product
Mrs LW - 500 bonus points for BWS spend $30+
Mrs LW - tiered offer on fuel savings ($50-$69 6c, $70-$99 7c, $100+ 10c)
Miss LW - nothing
Master LW - nothing

Activated all the offers on my way to do my shopping, but doubt Mrs LW will access the fuel offer one.

So spent 15 mins running between Big W, BWS and WOW - the longest time was swiping the CC on each transaction.

Spent $0.67 for a Bellis Apricot bar (Macro product), so I scored an easy 100 EDR points.
Spent $45 for Mrs LW's Pimms (see seems to be going through it quickly :o ), there's another 500 for her.
Also stocked up on Blue Rays and DVD's for the kids using my wife's mid-week offer. Her EDR card is the beneficiary of 750 bonus points for $95.45 ($32.59, $32.86 and $30 transactions). No need to buy the kids any DVD's for birthdays this year :D

Glad to get it all over and done with early in the week.

Strange thing is that I have not been very loyal to Woolworths lately, only using a few bonus offers over the past month...
 and like you LW, no offers at all for any of the junior members... Strange that pretty much "everyone" didn't get some EDR love this week to tempt them away from the dark-side (FlyBuys)

Edit: The one's in BOLD will be the one's we will be using this week...

Nothing for me this morning, but my Pet offer points finally came through so no need to hassle EDR....

$50 at WW liquor for 250 points, which I also received a couple of weeks ago, but didn't activate. Have activated this time - might use it. Does anyone know whether the EDR 30% off for 6 bottles is still on?

Lindsay, I don't think a Bellis Apricot Bar is a WW Macro product!

$45 is a great price for Asahi!

Lindsay, I don't think a Bellis Apricot Bar is a WW Macro product!
It was in the shelving space for Macro products (the banner runs half the length of the particular aisle in my regular WOW store), so can't see how they can deny it?

Okay, don't get mad, get even! Plenty to choose from here. We need some Macro Organic Crackers Corn Cakes as my kids love them and we finished our last pack on the weekend (a non-Macro product) - will be interesting to see the difference.

Will pick some up on my way home. Thanks for picking up the error of my ways AdMEL. First time I have ever looked at Macro products before, so a learning curve.

Me, Spend $10+ on seafood for 100 points at WW, spend $30+ at BWS for 300 points, Double points at WW for $30+ spend.
Mrs Meggsy, $100 spend for 200 points at WW
Junior #1, Double points at WW for $30+ spend
Junior #2, Double points at WW for $30+ spend
Junior #3, Nil.

Markis10jr - 100 bonus points for any Macro product
Bonus Points at Big W - $30-49 100, $50-99 150 $100+ 300

I also got the MACRO bonus offer. Upon reading the bottom it can be redeemed multiple times, so if I buy a few MACRO products in one shop do I get multiples of 100 points?

It turns out to be quite a good offer in the canned food aisle. I needed some cans of diced tomatoes having used some on the weekend, for only 20¢ more the MACRO can is chosen so that’d be 20¢/100 points right :p
