Dang, I ordered a case this morning before receiving the email.

I wonder if I can cancel that order?

Any reason why you couldn't place 2 orders - each for 2 cases @$150 each........ Therefore snagging 2 x 8000 bonii for $600..??..??

Just spoken to a lovely lady at Epiqure and she confirmed that there are no limits to the orders and 8000 bonus points. I am therefore ordering my 4 doz as 2 doz x2.

Thanks for your pick-up today Markis10

My points from 2 weeks ago hadn't posted, but after ordering this afternoon both lots have posted, 8900 specifically from today... so just waiting on the bonus 8000 from 4 cases in a calendar year ;) unless of course the 8000 received today was from the 4 cases in a year and not the bonus for 24 bottles...

The case I ordered today was my 4th.

To my surprise the new member 8K posted today along with some additional points from a late October purchase. So I didn't cancel - I just ordered another two cases:p

That'll keep me going for quaffables well into next year.:p

I just got the 2 x 900 points for the double order today.... Plus 8000 points which I assume is the 4th case in first year.

So now just have to wait for the 16000 bonus points from today's purchase. (Oh - and the bonus 48 bottles of wine that came with the points).

I just opened the 12 bottles that came from last order too.....

60 bottles of wine on the wall.....60 bottles of wine...... ;)

I got my 2000 bonus for first 24 bottles using 15% off last time. Are we sure you dont get the 8000 bonus points for this offer when using 10% off code ?

Okay so we're assuming (or know from the evidence) that the 8000 that's posted for me and you two is from the 4th case in a year, and not the 24 bottle offer, which shall come later!

Also waiting on the other 3 points per dollar from a 6 point per dollar purchase. Just need to keep a note of what is missing :)

Sam,

I'm glad you're keeping note, because after I get going on trying to get through this wine collection.... I'll be in no state to recollect anything ;)

SAVE15 was valid in conjunction with selected other offers as per epiQure by Qantas Frequent Flyer.
It was not clear what those were but I suspect the first and fourth case in your first year were font, however the weekly points bonus for selected cases disappeared when the code was used, and the Save 10 currently available clearly states not good with any other offer.

maybe worth a call to check. the conditions on the 8000 point bonus just say ANY 24 bottles

My wife works for a major wine company so stocks are never low at our place therefore I really shouldn't be buying more. But the bait is too tempting and it's nice to have wine produced by wineries not associated with the one Mrs HarryB works for.

Must ... Resist ... Temptation

Ah, screw it. Another dozen on the way!

Hope you mean dozens (24 bottles per order) in reference to the bonus ;)

Not a bad offer this week: Receive 8,000 bonus points when you purchase 24 bottles or more in a single transaction. Offer ends 5 December 2012, but may be extended. While stocks last. Allow up to 6 weeks for points to appear in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

Hmm 2 x this for a total of $300!

Ouhm- am I stupid or missing something here? I can look up and down the Epiqure site and can't find a word about this offer. Was this some kind of targeted email campaign and I missed out?

I had it in a "Christmas catalog" email. Just do a purchase and see if the bonus points show up.

Put two dozen in your cart and hit the checkout button and it will flash up!

Nice. Thanks markis10 for flagging this. 2 dozen ordered this morning, which just happens to take me over the 4 dozen for the year, and paid with the Amex Ultimate. So a nice little stash of points heading my way. And some nice wine as well.

Ordered 2 x Xmas Dozens yesterday and paid with Comm Bank Amex/MCard.
QF have posted 8900 points this morning, bless their hearts, and I've another 450 to come from Comm Bank.
Great value wines and >9,000 points :mrgreen::mrgreen:

I rang and asked about the 10% off catalogue offer they told me you can't use this for the 8000 promo. pity
