Hi markis10 I also bought this offer and the same thing happened to me i.e. my invoice only notes 6 bottles.
I called the service centre and they said that the free six bottles will "definitely" be delivered even though no mention on invoice. They didn't know how but advised me to keep a copy of the offer. I'm not holding out much hope!!! Maybe I will be pleasantly surprised.

It's a nice drop, pretty much as per the tasting notes although the tannin is a bit more pronounced which is to be expected, while the fruit is still fresh.

I received mine, and was very happily surprised to find six of these presentation boxes inside the box



I was even happier when I cracked a couple of bottles to celebrate my last day with my older employer last Friday, the wine was absolutely fantastic, so good in fact that I've ordered another 12 bottles. Wonder if they'll send the right ones this time?

Forgot to report that I also received mine about 2 weeks ago and presentation boxes the same as yours. I also had a sort of apology via a telephone call to me.
Now I'm just hoping to score another years membership FOC
