I'm must have upset Woolies. I'm down to 4 weekly boosters from 15.

My free Perk hasn't landed yet for this month. Last month's was a snack pack Mainland Cheese and crackers which I actually scored twice because the first time I picked it up and scanned my card the discount wasn't applied so I received a manual refund, leaving the Perk to be used properly a second time.

I'm down to five from 15 too.

Perk this month are 100pk cleaning wipes.

Also for the first time ever I have seen Avos with a 100pt bonus.
The Shepard avocados musn't be to everyone's taste. (I find them quite bland)

But.. you could use the chat function and ask the question. You may find some bonus points ensue
I check app daily as things added quickly especially ‘spend $30 for x5 points’ in store
Still getting around 12-15 per week
And always ask for the monthly 10% off before you then take off $10 (or more) saved reward bonus.

Also down to 3 boosters, have never been that low. Noticing an increase in the number of '5x' or '10x' points on certain categories and gift card spends, but number of points I'm earning definitely dropping off (and quickly).
 
Using Scan and Go yesterday, wasn't offered to use my 10% off Everyday Extra Perk... Called up ER and they advised it's a known issue :(
 
Use the text function on app - they can trace your receipt and award points in kind. I have done this before

Message service wasn't running at the time, but call centre was still open.

As you've suggested, the operator said he'd review the account at 1 April to ensure that yesterday's $180 spend was the biggest for the month, then credit the 10% as equivalent dollar value for ER points ($180x10% / $10x2000ER = 3,600ER)
