Everyday Rewards launches Everyday Extra subscription product

Discovered a flaw this morning when my online order was delivered minus a few items. Reported the missing items and they credited me the discounted price which is understandable, but doesn't then cover the cost of repurchasing the same items now that the one off discount has been used. Contacted them and they issued an additional credit but not sure this would be ongoing if similar happened again.

Are gift cards eligible for the 10% discount?- If so, it would make sense to by up to $500 gift cards at Bunnings or wherever and get the 10% off at Woolies.

Hi everyone
Doing my boring Sunday domestic admin.
Reviewed my WWRewards sub
Bought July 22- $59 paid and valid through Aug 23.
I have got $150 in rewards (boosters points prob accounted for over $100)
$180 on 10% monthly discount shops
Free crumpies and some savory shapes
Tomorrow I will collect ten free glasses in time for BBQ season
Not bad
Yes they track my spending … but hey my MPvte data was hacked so 🤷‍♀️

Just received a response

’Our sincerest apologies that your 10% discount advantage of Everyday Extra has not worked. Unfortunately, there is an error with Everyday Extra that we are aware of and we do really apologise! The Everyday Extra team are working to have it resolved as soon as possible. I do apologise that I can not provide a time frame of how long it will be but they are working on it as a priority.’

They gave me some points which was nice.
@Townsend , can you imagine in Qantas gave us apology points whenever they stuffed up?! 🤑

Just joined this program. Received initial email with general information. But in the fine print it noted that at checkout enter the extra discount code prior to finalising the transaction. Is this specifically for online purchases or does this apply when I shop in-store at the checkout. Tried ringing Woolworths customer service. Supposed to be there on Sunday but voice prompt advised need to phone back during the week. What is your experience. Is there some sort of discount code applicable at checkout in store.

At manned they will ask if you want to use, at self-serve there is an on-screen prompt. Very straightforward

You can use the10% in all modes of purchase.
Get the app as thats best way to get everything out of the program as boosters special offers keep popping up and you can see the points tally from all the boosted points.
App has a chat function which is much quicker to use than calling
If you ever dont get points or a discount it will be restored. Further upthread I explained I was not given $32 discount for my monthly 10%.
Immediately I was given 6400 pts to redeem as $32 via chat.
Make sure you have the receipt on hand which will tell you the store code/time of purchase/amt as they can check at the back end

Free perk last month was a 300ml Woolies cream which went nicely in a quiche.
This month is a 95g tin of Sirena Tuna.

It would be nice if these were available online, we get groceries delivered so its annoying to go into store for one item.
