Everyday Rewards launches Everyday Extra subscription product

I am sure you have done this already - but if the app is dowloaded its easier to see , track and boost — also a big fan of the end ofmonth/start of new month spend
Thanks @MARTINE I do have the app but hadn't checked it until now. No but items yet but I did get the extra bonus points for my shop and the 10% off. So I will keep checking the app

A free Sirena Tuna & Marinated Vegetables (185g) is all mine, should I choose to accept it, this week. Not sure though if that's an Extra thing, or a regular EDR thing.

My Sept 10% did not get prompted at till today (did big shop before leaving for OS tomorrow). Helpfully used the chat function on app to advise saying I was expecting $31 less on my bill. They confirmed system down at time of my shop and gave me 6200 points which I can use on my return.

That's a fair outcome.

We seem to be pegged back to 12 weekly boosters now from the 20 we were getting. Has this happened to anybody else?

Today I shopped with the aim of just making the spend for a bonus offer. Then the cashier asked if I'd like to use my 10% discount and, without much thought, I said yes. Which brought my payment to below the minimum spend for the bonus points.

My question, if anyone else has been in the same situation: do they use the total before the discount or the total paid for the bonus points?

Hi
The total before discount and before any cash is used ( has been my experience) as that is the cost of the goods.
