I've seen a number of customers recently come into the store and ask where the item showing in their account as their 'freebie' is located, only to have to tell them that that item isn't stocked in this store (and that not every store stocks every item).

That's just poor analytics then. Surely the system should offer a product that is stocked at the customer's most used store?

The system should also offer spend targets that the customer has shown they might actually achieve, and not keep offering $100+ deals to someone who never spends more then $60-70 each shop.

When they have years of data on the habits of a shopper and that shopper has never spent more then $60ish in a single shop, there is no point trying to get them to spend $100+ in a single shop. $80 is a more realistic increase spend target.
