I’d expect some decent offers for those down south impacted by the recent strikes, lure me back Woolworths with thousands of points otherwise I’m sticking to Coles!
On the flip side would be smart of Coles to do the same.
Having read your post I checked my account - mine gets billed in November (and I received notice of same). I got two extra months too!! My profile now says my billing date is Australia Day next year. ️Well, this is odd. I cancelled my subscription in November expecting to end on 15 December so I could renew on 16 December for half price.
Logged in today to find it’d been extended to 15 February (meaning I miss out on the half price deal but get two more months). Thanks Woolies… I guess...
Hi <serfty>,
We are aware that you may have been impacted by the temporary supply issues we've experienced as a result of industrial action at our Distribution Centres. We acknowledge this is frustrating, and understand that you may not have been able to get the full value from your Everyday Extra subscription benefits at this important time of year. We're pleased to share that the industrial action has been resolved and we're working hard to restock our shelves as quickly as possible.
To apologise for the inconvenience, we’re giving you 2 free months on your annual plan. This means your next annual payment will be delayed until 31 May 2025.
You don't have to do anything. Your 2 free months will be automatically applied to your account.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Regards,
Everyday Extra Team

Same here - mid-January renewal, no extension. Oh well.No free months for me (and I have been unable to buy many products due to no stock) and because my renewal is due in January no 50% off. Guess I will cancel on 1 Jan and see if they offer me a deal to return.
