Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Let us know what you think. We used to use Harris but moved to vitorria and subsequently lavazza.

So I won't be rushing to stock any more of it! Luckily Mr Natalie didn't go overboard! It was drinkable but didn't really have any flavour.

Back on topic - WR still hates me, Mr Natalie has the fuel offer but work pays for his fuel.

i got in the mail a promotion where i get 2400 points for every week i spend $100 in the same shop and then if i shop over the 4 consecutive weeks, i then get a bonus 2400 points. This then repeats again for the next 4 months. I registered online and everything. I noticed that i wasn't getting any points added even though i having been abiding by the spends and dates so i contact customer service. They came back saying that they've never heard of this promotion! What sucks is that we've thrown out the brochure that it came on. Can anyone offer any advice on this?

The promotion is listed as Mega Point Boost. From research there were 2 promotions, one had a total value of 15,000 points over 8 weeks and the other had 24,000 points for various targets. They didn't have to be activated but there was usually one other points bonus either 500 points or 1000 points which had to be activated.

It's very disappointing that the staff member you spoke to didn't know anything about the promotion. My advice is try again or try a different contact method. There is live chat and there is also a facebook private message service. You'll need to give them the member number that was listed on the original cards. I think the promotion you are talking about was actually 2500 for each 2 weeks with an extra 2500 points credited at the end of week 4 and week 8. The current week May 15 to May 21 is week 6. Hopefully another Woolworths Rewards staff member can check the member number you've been using to make the transactions is eligible for the promotion. Have the transactions been showing up on your account?

So far, all the bonus points I've been promised have been turning up in the account on each even week of the promotion. The online points take longer to post. If you need the online points credit dates please let me know.

Good luck with chasing the points.

Wife received offer of 500 bonus points for each purchase of Little One's nappies. Not bad bringing the price down to $8.50 for 56 nappies.

My last 2 offers (over the last month) were for spends too high to sustain over a few weeks, so I declined the offer saying "the spend too high".

Since then I have received nothing! Maybe I should have just activated it and then not done the spend?

Same here. I've had three offers over the past 4-5 months - on the first offer, the spend target was a bit high, but was able to do it in multiple transactions (FINALLY an offer where it didn't have to be in a single spend!) so met the spend target for Week 1, didn't bother for Week 2 as I wasn't going to get anywhere near it without some unnecessary spending. The two offers since have both been for even higher spend targets, so I've declined them both for that reason. During that time, I was also away overseas and didn't use my card for about 5 weeks. Getting absolutely nothing in the way of offers now at all.

I got the same. I haven't checked to see if there is a limit but if not I'm going to punish this offer.

Received this too, except when I clicked on the "Activate now" button, I got a "Sorry, this offer is no longer available" message. Weird. Thanks WW.
