Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

i got in the mail a promotion where i get 2400 points for every week i spend $100 in the same shop and then if i shop over the 4 consecutive weeks, i then get a bonus 2400 points. This then repeats again for the next 4 months. I registered online and everything. I noticed that i wasn't getting any points added even though i having been abiding by the spends and dates so i contact customer service. They came back saying that they've never heard of this promotion! What sucks is that we've thrown out the brochure that it came on. Can anyone offer any advice on this?

I've also once used the online function to claim missing points. I ended up having to explain to the rep what the offer was as he said he couldn't see the offers on a persons account (after going through the identification process).

Completely dumbfounded that they could not see the offers sent to specific cardholder I pushed the subject. I even resent the original email from WW which I had activated. After 10 minutes of going back an fourth he claimed I didn't send the email as he had not received it. The rep became so irate at my persistent questions he disconnected the chat window.

Since then I haven't bothered too much with WW offers. That and the fact they are no where near as lucrative as they were before the program was enhanced.

As in one pack of nappies, or one shop containing many packs of nappies each receiving the bonus points?
I thought there was something strange last week when I bought 2 packs in Brisbane and checking account now can see earned only 522 points. So earning bonus points once only seems right.

OK, I bought one pack today and got the 500 points on my receipt. I'll leave it at that since we are fairly well stocked up.

Didn't realise I've also got a 3 x bonus points offer on all spend at Woolworths, Woolworths Liquor and Woolworths petrol all this month.

Received a store-specific offer for QV, Melbourne as it has just completed renovating:

I would like an offer like that but not as high, don't fancy carrying $50 worth of groceries up the escalator to Melbourne Central.

Wife received an offer of 2,000 bonus for purchasing 900 mL Pantene shampoo and conditioner or 800 bonus points for 300 mL Pantene shampoo and conditioner.

Yep got that one too. bought the 900 mls shampoo and conditioner x2 and got 8000 points.. plus another 195 as I'm on triple points at the moment. I'll be buying more as its easy points.

Earn 650 ww points per 10 pod cafe royal nespresso coffee pack. Targetted offer with unlimited quantities valid this week. That translates to about 45-50 Qantas points per $ spent. It is the second time I've had the offer .So we are raiding all the local WW stores and I'm sure I'll eventually grow to like the coffee. :)

It'll teach me to check the fine print, as I only purchased one pack last week. I have until Tuesday to purchase some more.

Used a 5x ww offer. I noticed at the WW I shopped at, the Marvel discs are running out. If you believe the reports, some discs are selling for up to $100.
Woolworths’ Marvel Super Discs are making parents Hulk-angry | The Courier

My daughters have been collecting them as well and have managed to get the full set. They have been fortunate that I've had so many targeted offers which have led to getting plenty of discs for them. The article was fascinating. The observations in the article are consistent with what we have seen as well. We have received empty sealed packets and the discs which are multiples of 6 are hard to find. Luckily we had 3 family members collecting the discs in different locations in Melbourne and the girls were able to swap discs at school in order to get the full collection.

Woolworths claim they produced an equal number of all discs but the patterns are too similar across multiple states for this to be the case. It's always the last disc in the colour subset which are hard to find. As it happens, these hard to find characters are also the ones which have large pictures pre printed on the album. I think there's more to this story than random distribution of discs. The children at school spoke of rare discs which I didn't believe based on the distribution pattern of previous sets but I'm inclined to believe the kids are on the right track based on the similar findings of the article.

As it happens, the last week of the discs promotion overlaps partly with the last week of the 8 week mailout targeted offers.

Normally the bonus points to buy a specific item is not that flash. ie Bonus points on that item normally do not overcome the $$saving to be made by buying an equivalent item of a different brand.

However this week for me I can spend about $20 on an item that generates a bonus 3200 WR points per shop (1392 QFF Points). So basically at what I value QFF Points the item is free.
There is no limit except that I cannot exceed the $20 per shop, as it is capped per shop. Though multiple transactions achieve the bonus each time.

The item is also on sale (which normally these bonus items are not on) and so its price is only slightly more that its competitor that I would normally buy. And this item is better quality as well.

I am just tossing up how many more of said item I will buy! I have to factor in the Rolling Eyes Factor from Mrslovetravellingoz that will be the greater for the more that I buy. ;)

Promo has been handy too as with this particular card I was as only at about 1740 QFF points, and so have now zoomed well past the 5K so I will now earn the full 5K Shopping Bonus from QFF for June.

I just have to toss up how many more QFF Points I want now.
