Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Thanks bam71. From reading that post can anyone tell me if donating the pet food to an animal shelter you can claim a tax deduction?

If you search on Google for "Supporting the lost dogs home" you will get some idea of what can be donated. Also check the ATO.

There is no problem with donating wet food to the lost dogs home. It's whether I can claim a tax deduction on it that I want to know as ATO is very vague on what is considered tax deductible.

Finally received an offer, a six week offer.

Weeks 1,3 and 5; 5x bonus point on largest shop.

Weeks 2,4 and 6; 1650 points,spend $110 in one or more transactions.

We'll see what I can use.

Yes. The Whiskas pouches JB HI FI Giftcard promo is a great one to double-triple-quadruple dip. Get the pouches on sale, get $50 GC, spend less then $50 for pouches, points/bonus points at WW/Coles and CC points.

My top up up offer was spend $150 in three days for 2000 points.

Will pass on this one :(

Also received an offer of 500 points for purchasing Chris' Heritage dips - multiple purchases allowed.
Depnding on the price I may try some - otherwise its back to Coles for this week.

I've only just started checking to see if the bonuses are posting to my account, and they certainly aren't, eventhough I have activated them. Bonuses of over 10000 in total have posted as 330 twice with one negative entry for -180 points.

Took up a $100 spend for 2000 points offer over the weekend. Wasn't planning on it however had to make a run with a friend to woolies for a last minute shop and she didn't have her card. Activated the offer as we entered the store and watched closely as the balance grew to see if I'd actually be scanning the card... final item scanned brought the balance to $101.55 :D

You'll need to check whether the bonus points actually post to your account. From what I recall, on all the WWR bonus points offers I've received, the Ts & Cs always state that you need to activate the offer at least 2 hours before shopping (or buying petrol or whatever) "to ensure your offer has been added to your Woolworths Rewards card".

One account got coupons in the mail.

Alternative weeks of 5x points and 600 points for $30 starting this week.

On my wife's card. Starts today so bought 6 of the Espresso Papua.

Initially thought it was per pack but realised that it's only for every two packs after checking the receipt and reading the email again. Ends up being the same value as the promotional price which just finished yesterday. Oh well.

On my account - spend $65 in one transaction each week for 2 weeks for 4000 bonus points. Not sure whether I'll take this one up or not, still find it annoying that they insist on sending offers where the spend has to be in one transaction, where my normal spending pattern at both WW and Coles is several smaller shops across the week.

Haven't been using Mr Jurahn's card at all for a few weeks, and received: "It’s been a year since we relaunched Woolworths Rewards, and to help us celebrate, you’ll enjoy a bonus point top-up on us! Just hit ‘TOP ME UP’ and we’ll boost your balance^ to 2000 points the next time you scan". He's got just over 1200 points in his account at the moment, so I'll definitely be using this one LOL.
