Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Not over-whelmed with 5x offers across 4 of 5 accounts. Does not really stack up that favourably vs 2,500 points for $50 spend. But beggars cannot be choosers I suppose. Just sees C get the business for the next few weeks and Wow the specials scraps.

Seems C did not like being beaten on same-store-sales results last earnings release and they're making sure (as much as they can) that it is not 2 quarters in a row.

I do so like egos at the board level!

800 points for Up & Go 6 pack (waiting for these points to credit - last time I had this offer it was the same).

5x for greatest spend

2000 for $40 spend at BWS.

Not bad timing and should get the 2x 870 QF points without unnecessary purchases so fairly happy.

We received the 5x points on both accounts, and on my account I also got 100 bonus points for purchasing 2 Cadbury chocolate bars (30g-60g range) which amazingly are actually on special this week! Offer could only be redeemed once though, so just one lot of 100 points :( . They should know from my purchase history that I'm willing to buy a LOT more chocolate than that LOL.

They used your purchase history to limit the bonus points to once only because they know how much chocolate you would be prepared to buy!

Quite likely! They were probably worried I'd max out their bonus points for the week :)

Nothing for us for a while apart from bonus points on things we never buy.
Fortunately Flybuys is coming through with multiple offers and I am in Tassie-WW doesn't work here anyway.

Some of our family members got 5x points but as mentioned by another member, it's not enough of an offer to make it worth scanning those cards which haven't been used for over a month. I've been using my card without any bonus offers except the chocolate offer. I agree that it's a pity the chocolate offer can only be taken up once. I should have used multiple cards yesterday to get the chocolate offer but I wasn't very organised (just came back from holidays and didn't have long to organise my offers and cards).

A couple of not particularly attractive offers received today:

Mine was "spend $50 or more (in one shop) each week for 2 weeks, get 5x points". The offer on OH's account was similar, except his spend target was $30 (also in one shop). Not exactly enticing, especially when I currently have a 4 week x $50 Coles spend underway which will earn 10,000 Flybuys points.

Got this offer today

We got a variety of offers, some good some ordinary.

We got a couple of multiple points offers with minimum spends. We'll be ignoring these offers as it's not worth reaching a high target just to get 3x or 5x points. The percentage return is minimal.

2 family members got the "We miss you" style offers mentioned above. One account got dollars off instantly and the other got the points equivalents mentioned above. We should be able to use these 2 offers over the next 3 weeks.

Couple of accounts got instant savings over 3 weeks. WK1 $5 off $30, WK1 $10 off $40, WK1 $15 off $50. One account also got the equivalent offer in points for $ spend.

One account had the $ off offer last month but it didn't trigger when the card was scanned. Had to do a online chat to get a manual point adjustment.

Hoping, hoping, despairing..

Some 3x points offers and 5x points offers vs 10K points for same or lower hurdles over 4 weeks for C.

Only half price specials will be bought from W over the next month then. C same store sales will be looking better!

3x points on a $155pw spend. Do not even bother wasting the data Woolies if you are going to send out this rubbish...

Received a free product offer earlier today - a tropical salad kit. It's basically one of those bagged salads with lettuce leaves, dressing etc. Makes no mention of a minimum spend, just scanning the card.

"Simply activate the offer, scan your Woolworths Rewards card and collect your free Tropical Salad Kit 270g when you next shop in store."

It's the first time I've received a free product offer from Woolworths although I've received several from Coles in the past.
