Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Still waiting for my 8000 points accrued by spending $90 per week for 4 weeks. Completed challenge last Sunday so would have expected points to credit by now

Anyone else still waiting?
I'd say there's something wrong. Bonus points for these types of challenges are normally awarded quickly. Were you getting messages on your weekly dockets?

Usually they have, I did get reminder emails each week showing me completing each weeks challenge. I did check the t&c’s after my post this morning and it did say that any online orders during the promotion would mean points might not credit until the 24th. One of the weeks I did do online as part of stacking multiple offers.

So maybe it is ok or maybe stacking the offers has caused a problem. Will wait until after the 24th and then call if nothing gets posted

It appears that you can't stack offers, they took 1000 points off me :(

Just checked my account. I've lost 2000 points as well which were from the offers which I wasn't sure would stack or not. They appeared to on the 1st week so I spent the extra $10 the following week as well and have now lost the points from both weeks. They need to get their "great news" messages sorted out. They've congratulated me for losing $10 Woolworths dollars. If I'd spent the funds before the adjustment, I probably would have ended up with a minus figure in my points and then closed the account and re-opened it in order to reset the balance.

Hi I had a 2 week offer of spend $60 each week and get 3500 points. On the second week I also got spend $70 and get bonus 1000 points so after spending $60 on week 1 I spent $70 on week 2 on hope that I would get the 3500 points for the 2 week shop plus the bonus 1000 points for the $70 shop as well.....I spent $10 more than the $60 on week 2 to pick up the 1000 bonus. After spending $70 on week 2 I immediately got my 3500 points for spending $60 for 2 weeks but not the 1000 bonus. A few days later 6 x 1000 points appeared and then were taken off a few days later. Yesterday they took off another 1000 points so I am in negative...ie worse off by spending the $10 more. I now only got 2500 points instead of 3500 points. To make things worse they send me an email to say I have earned another 1000 points when in fact they took it off me. I will be chasing them up....painful!.

They've taken 2,400 points out of my account and I can't see a legitimate reason why. I'll call on Monday to ask for the points to be reinstated.

It'll be an interesting test.

It's worth around 1,000 QFF points. Those points couldn't cost WOW more than a dollar or two. Even at rack rate it's only $10.

If they don't refund the points, I'll switch exclusively to Coles as a matter of principle. Based on my weekly basket size, WOW will be worse off within a fortnight.

An established business as big as WOW should be able to get the IT system sorted. Penalising customers because they can't, or won't, is unreasonable.

One family member got spend $60 per week for 4 weeks for 6500 points. That's only about a 13% return. Nothing like the 2 flybuys offers we got for the same period for $50 target with a 10,000 bonus at the end. Usually I only take up one of the flybuys offers and one Woolworths offers but at the moment I'm tempted to take up both flybuys offers and ignore Woolworths for a month. After the "you can stack these offers/ no you can't stack these offers" fiasco, I'm inclined to move away from Woolworths as a penalty to them. They made a mistake in crediting the points initially and gave members the wrong impression of how the offers worked in the lead up to the second week of the offer. Therefore they should stand by their error and let the points stand rather than take them away later.

Received a 4 x 130 offer for 12000pts. This is up against my 4 x 50 offer for 10000pts on FB....

I don't envy you having to make that decision!

;)

Quiet, you could say pointless time with W currently as just finished a 4 wk offer on one of family accounts. With C it is an embarrassment of riches. Everyone got the 4 wk 10,000 point offers.

Good that it goes over 5 weeks...

So shopping this weekend is on a subsistence basis (half price specials only) to make the bare min for 1 C wk1 spend, and not much at all from W. Next week subsistence again and then 3 weeks of doubling up at C. Time for a cat food bonanza (long time since cans on decent special....).

One family I know is up to 90,000 points a quarter on 4 wk offers alone this year. I suspect spreadsheeting is used...

They did it to me too. 1000 points taken away as a manual credit on the same date as you. Interestingly, random bonus points got posted to my account last week which were then taken away, all by manual credit. I wonder if they just got carried away and accidentally took away more than they should have.

2 cards:
- First, spend $150 by next Sunday in as many shops for 2000 points.
- Second, spend $70 each week (in one shop) for 4 weeps for 6500 points.

I received my first WWR off ever. It is $40 in the first week for 800 points and if I spend an additional $40 in the second week a further 800 points. Not a great return but better than the one point per $ I have received since the new system commenced. I have been accumulating Flybuys points because of the lack of interest from WWR but would prefer to achieve QF points so will see how it progresses.

I got spend $120 per week for 4 weeks in as many shops as I like for 11,000 points.

Won't be taking up the offer. I struggled spending $80 x 2 weeks so there's no way I'd make $120 x 4 weeks, even in the lead up to Christmas.
