Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

For the past couple weeks when I get offers for products (e.g earn 100 points for buying x product), I seem to be getting conflicting T&C's. E-mails still say max 5 times per product, but the app T&C's now say multiple times as long as I don't exceed maximum purchase limit as per standard supermarket product limits (and refers to additional general T&C's). Has anyone else had this change and been able to successfully buy a product 6+ times with points paying out?
Interesting experience. I have had similar issues, and when added together with other offers (eg: get 5x your shop when you buy minimum $xx on meat/fresh fruit etc etc) I cannot for the life of me reconcile the points total I earn back to what I should have earnt from the shop based on my calculations. I just put it down to the system being deficient and unable to process stacked offers properly, and it is probably also a part of what you have discovered - that T&C's seems to contradict each others - so then it's anyones guess as to what is actually programmed into the system and algorithms to calculate points earn.

I have given up trying to reconcile points. So long as some bonus points show up when I have shopped for specific products or under a 5x promotion, I am happy.

I haven't had a spend x for y points offer in forever so the 100 points here and there are all I pick up when they are for products that we buy normally.

It's a little confusing but can be reconciled reasonably easily.

If eligible for multiple points boosters only one standard EDR point can be collected once for all eligible offers.

Example
T&Cs 5x points = one standard EDR point + four additional EDR points BUT if combined with other offer/s, you actually receive 4x points as 1x standard point is awarded as part of total shop value.

Also WOW only awards round numbers so slight differences for rounding eg $3.74 = 4 points

I have to confess that it is a change I had not noticed, and given the products are mostly not discounted, I mostly didn't even buy 5. However, I do get some fruit juice offers for a juice I buy for lunch. I might try it out!

Second purchase of same product might trip some wire in EDR. Got a number of bonus-eligible products 1 May, and all the bonuses came through.

4 May I bought some more, including a different collection of bonus products, apart from one which was a repeat of a 1 May purchase. Still waiting for those bonus points.

The bonus points for the products are all over the map as to when they well post. Sometimes straight away, sometimes overnight, sometimes a week later.

And sometimes not at all. I decided to follow up one on chat recently as I was on hold to Telstra and I hadn't tried chat before and wanted to see whether it worked. Chat very quickly told me that I had spent the day before the offer was valid (not true - I spent on the last day it was valid) but not to worry he would process the points manually for me as a goodwill gesture. He posted 2000 points instead of 200 points!

They've got to be joking!

Shop in both weeks to collect 7000 points

Mon 10 May - Sun 16 May
Spend $175*
Mon 17 May - Sun 23 May
Spend $175*

The bonus points have been so underwhelming - 600 points for $60 per week. The competition is giving me 9600 points for $160 spend. Guess where I am going?

I got an offer of 4500 points for $90 spend each week for 2 weeks. Best offer since I've last done a decent shop at Woolies which was Feb. Doesn't sound like a very good offer, but my regular shops are over $200 and my offers usually come in at > $220. Seems to me like their algorithms are broken.

I finally received an offer of some value, spend $100 once off for 2700 points.
The 'other' reward supermarket offers so much more value.
I will take this 2700pt offer up though, then don't expect another offer for many weeks.

1,000 points for any shop online at BWS and choosing delivery by Sunday 16/5. T&C's don't state a minimum spend. Looks like they're ramping up delivery offers in general with a 1 hour guarantee or you get your next order delivered for free.

Mine said $100 spend for that one.

'Top up to 2,000 points' for any purchase at BWS, but looks like the T&C's state that it's a maximum of 800 points. E-mail also indicates that if you've reached 2,000 points as a result of other transactions this week you will get 800 points no matter what.

Yes, these promotions have always worked this way. The 800 will have been roughly what you needed about a week ago or so when they calculated it. (In my case it is for 700 points)

In my case it is for 500 points.
Is there a minimum spend?
