Just another whinge about this - just purchased some groceries and scanned my rewards card on phone - said it had been accepted but then printed a receipt and I opt for no receipts - sure enough not accepted. The cashier did not give a cough and it's not worth contacting them again for 30 points

Do you scan the barcode, or just use a tap for it? I found tapping the phone a bit hit and miss as to whether the card stuck

just tap and it definitely said your card has been accepted
