Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

For the next two weeks I got a spend $30 and get $5 each week. No QFF points.
Haven't been to woolies in about 2 or 3 months - i.e. since they stopped giving regular offers.

Why oh why do they keep sending me the weekly "menu" email? Trying to get me to buy different items - possible but the range of ingredients are not (mostly) in the high margin basket.

No spending offers, just guess I'll do the half price buy-up again using the discounted WoW gcs.

Vitabrit supplies are looking low - seems like 3 months now since last half price offer (and that could even have been from C).

Just got a spend $70 get $10 wwdollars, 2 week offer.
Would have rather got QFF points.
But I will probably do the spend, better than the no offers of the last 2 months

..and like magic three family accounts got emails.

2 for $5 off for spends $40/$70 per week for 2 weeks.
1 for $10/870QFFs for $70.

Decisions, decisions.

First offer in a few months & it's $10WD for $80 spend in a single transaction, runs for 2 weeks.

Prefer QFF points & I'm pretty well stocked at the moment so am not going to spend extra just to take it up. Notice that the new offers seem to be single transaction only instead of allowing multiple purchases across the week to qualify. I had certainly changed to more little spends over the week rather than a big weekly shop when the offers dried up.

Silly season here early.

- Wife spend $80 and earn $10 Woolworths dollars each week for 2 weeks
- Me spend $135 and earn $10 Woolworths dollars each week for 2 weeks

No QFF points. Spend target much higher than previous offers.

I have received a survey from Woolworths rewards regarding my recent query.

I gave them a 0. I have not had a response to my query yet they send me a survey. I asked for response via email not phone call. There were a couple of missed calls last week. I don't know who the calls were from but I am not answering calls overseas on roaming rates.

My simple query was why deceive with general promotions of spend $100 and earn $10 Woolworths when firstly you don't send out catalogues, secondly the store has no catalogues and thirdly the store is unable to apply the promotion even though they are aware of promotion. We lost $20. Not good enough.

Atrocious customer service.

WW loyalty are pretty stupid. Instead of KISS, they made it unnecessarily complicated. They could have made a cashback of 1-2% on all purchases plus bonuses redeemable in $10 increments with the option of converting into QFF points.

Ingrid Maes stuffed up Flybuys when she was at Coles, launched a useless reward card at Dan Murphys and now has stuffed up EDR/WW rewards.

I assume you used the form on the woolworths website to send this query?
Maybe try emailing the store directly. store emails are generally formatted <store number><store name> at woolworths.com.au (store number is the first 4 digits of the receipt number)

General feedback. I have been overseas for 9 days but left instructions not to call me.

It appears that Woolworths will be bringing in an idea similar to the Coles Docket deals.

Deals for extra points on Woolworths supermarket items will appear at the bottom of Woolworths receipts once the new changes are in place.

Keep an eye out for them and let us know here which ones you get.

They are most likely to be targeted so you will need to keep track of which card received the docket when you go to redeem the docket deal.

The only way I will get offers as 2 of our 3 family cards don't receive any email correspondence despite numerous updates to personal details on the web site. Perhaps I should close the accounts and reapply?

There is a chance that the dormant accounts will be discovered during the revamp and there's a chance you will get offers on them. Did you get an email for each account explaining the changes on August 31?

If you haven't had any emails after a month of the new system then perhaps your close and re-apply technique might work.

The accounts aren't dormant as they have been used for purchases and have accrued/ redeemed WW$ just no communications received for months. Only my son's card got the email about the changes. It seems our cards have been lost by the system despite several contacts with the help desk regarding the issue

Okay. I'm not sure what will work in this situation. Sometimes unsubscribing from specific emails and then subscribing again can work but I'm guessing you've tried this. I have to do this from time to time with flybuys in order to get my offer emails back but I don't know if it will work for Woolworths Rewards. Good luck.
