Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

Has anyone received their Qantas hotel voucher from the November offer?
I'm sure I qualified but nothing yet.
Not yet here either - they're probably pushing the edge of the timeframe given for sending vouchers - I didn't capture the T&C on this one. When I got my TI from them, it said up to 6 weeks - sure enough they arrived in the 5th week.

We have a card which never receives offers. Out of the blue today we got an1800 point offer for a >$.01 shop, plus 10x on total spend.

Pity we've done our Christmas shop, but the bonus points landed straight away after some small purchases. 😀

A number of of accounts on week 3 of 4 week spend promotion received updated offer for week 3 with some additional bonus points.

One of these accounts did not receive the bonus points for the additional week 2 promotion. Customer care says points may arrive in 5 days which is not the case.

Another account got the X for week 2 even though spent $118 where promotion was for $110 spend. Customer care says to finish promotion and contact them to credit points.

Lots of little glitches that take time to resolve.
