Extended hold times to VA Platinum Desk

45 mins the other week, 33 mins before that. Don't think there was anything special on at the time, just busy busy I guess. The Platinum Desk agent was delightful and happy to be of assistance, didn't sound stressed.

I've been on the plat line a lot in the last couple of weeks. Never waited longer than 2 minutes - although the phone system dropped me off half way through the conversation once.

Could be the actual number you call - I use the international number (+61 xx_xx_xx_xx) not the 13 xx_x number and always get through!

+1 Apart from the one time mentioned above, I've never waited more than a minute or two.

Hopefully gets even better once the QF Status Matchers drop off in the next few weeks.

Not this Velocity member, I earned my WP on VA this year. Quite easily too! Now, to focus on re-qual for 2013/14
