EY customer service is beyond a joke, and that includes the social media team. They take incompetent to new levels and have no authority to actually do anything. Flew them once in J... Never again

Without defining ultra long, very long or quite long flights, a 'long' over night flight PJs should be provided if requested. They don't seem to be anything special anyway, but make a big difference to feedback on the airline. It seems that consistency in training is required to provide good service.
