Last international flight !
Slept for 6 hours, dined for 3 and then a snooze before the A380 shower 90 minutes out from landing
Our chariot awaits
Straight into 6 hours of sleep without a made up bed
Musta been those 4 Hennessy
So about halfway thru the flight
Canapés. All salmon, beef and Scottish on gingerbread
Of course Dom Perignom!
Caviar and extended with a glass of Grosset Polish Hill Riesling 2017 amd was very very nice accompanying the caviar
Pan fried veal accompanied by a mystery red which I think was Chateau La Fleur 2010 (Bordeaux ) and was just gorgeous
Main course clouds
This dessert was the chocolate one. And it was delicious
And taken with the Dessert
2013 Vin de Constance Klein Constanna. South Africa
A beautiful sticky
to complete Blue cheese with Hennessy Paradis a couple of glasses and I was just thinking, “it’s only a lil wafer” so I was completed so I left it on the plate!
