Famous people seen (or even met) whilst flying or lounging

I thought I saw Lleyton Hewitt on VA 851 MEL-SYD yesterday. My initial thought was "it looks like him but no entourage". Saw him after the flight (wondered if he'd been in J) and he was walking along with a few people having double takes when they saw him so I assume it was him. Some people look rather different out of context.

I ran into a guy in the EK lounge in AKL last monday. He was the "dead spit" of Heston , right down to the specs. I think he enjoys being asked.

Sat next to Peter Costello in J, SYD-MEL on Friday. He was in 1A, asked for a cheese plate and was denied!

Probably the FA's spouse had his/her Infrastructure Bond canned by Costello some years back.

Used to be the best thing after White Bread !

Was her husband in a lower cabin?

No, he met and collected her at the airport. In person, Julia M is a lovely, warm open person with a wacky sense of humour. No airs and graces, no DYKWIA attitude at all. There was quite a bit of lively good-humoured banter between her and several other passengers onboard before the flight departed LAX - she is a natural comedienne. We conversed for a while at the beginning and end of flight.

On disembarcation, we walked together to immigration, I think she grabbed an earlier e-passport kiosk and I didn't see her until she spotted me outside arrivals waiting for my driver. Her comment was not made with any sleaziness or crudeness undertones: all just in good humour: that's the way it was said and that's the way it was received.

I don't know, maybe she appreciated talking to someone who didn't mention "House Husbands" once (unlike the FAs onboard QF94).

Kangol was that 1A J*???
Any reason given no cheese plate.... Ie. This is not pm airforce plane!

Costello retains CL membership- I've seen him in there when my CEO has guested me in the SYD CL.
