It would be interesting to hear if anyone’s perception of a celebrity changed after meeting them (as opposed to spotting them). Two of the most beautiful celebs (or partners of celebs) I have had the honour to meet were Carrie Bickmore and the late John Kennerley (KAKs Husband) on a trip to Dubai , both very much decent human beings who came across as equals and easy to get along with.

He is the CEO of Ryan Air, an airline that makes EasyJet look like Virgin Upper Class.

He is (in)famous for exploring the potential for standing "seating" on his planes!

As for the 'why', I have no idea!
Probably off topic, however. I went on a Ryan Air flight earlier this year and I was reasonably impressed.
$110 Ausie including my reasonably “oversize” carryon and row one seating. The girl at check in was pretty helpful and seemed genuinely surprised that I was friendly and did not grumble at her 😅

Have to agree with you on Carrie. I’ll add vet Dr Chris Brown (both on the same trip to Dubai in 2013). How time flies ✈️

Agree with Dr Chris as well. That right honorable dude we had a drink with in the J lounge onboard seems to have gone places……
