Never seen this thread before, so have some old ones.

Sat in the row opposite Ann Hathaway on a BA flight from Istanbul to London a bit over 2 years ago. The funny thing is she looked familiar and as people were boarding they were gawking at her so knew she was someone, but wasn't until I got off in London and saw most people turning their heads to look did I ask someone who she was then it dawned on me.

Also coming from Canberra sat next to or in the same plane with many a pollie. My most memorable one was sitting next to Amanda Vanstone on a CBR-ADL flight when she was immigration minister. The women could drink is all I will say.

I had the pleasure of sitting next to Kamal on a SYD->MEL flight a couple of weeks ago - really nice guy, had a brief chat with him, apparently he was visiting Australia as he has a short role as a doctor in Offspring, so I let him have some peace as he was learning his lines.

Although Malay by birth I am pretty sure he has been a long standing Sydney resident.

I enjoy sitting next to CLs who enjoy a beverage or ten. It guarantees my glass is never short of the brim.

Jeff and Mrs Kennett (former Vic Premier) in the LAX TBIT OneWorld FLounge now... presumably travelling on QF94 to MEL

21st December Mel-Syd Mrs Pvc sat behind Curtis Stone, he declined a meal service then proceeded to pick off his assistants plate. Kept reclining full speed during meal service nearly knocking Mrs Pvc's wine over twice, twirled a teaspoon constantly for the duration of the flight. Upon waiting to disembark attempted to try and remove the toilet sign on the bulkhead, when it remained firmly in place started to fiddle with the toggles on the bassinet position, luckily the doors opened and we could deplane. Very agitated behavior.

He sounds unpleasant.
