Nick Knight - Crowne Plaza Club Lounge....actually this is going to get a little tedious. It looks like the Sky Sports Team is using the CP as a base for the Test Match. A friend was F/O on QF108 20 Mar LAX/SYD which arrived this morning. US talk show host Ellen De Generes went up to the flight deck to say gidday to the crew prior to take-off.

David Lloyd* this morning at the Crowne Plaza in AKL. I was checking in he looked like he was getting his parking ticket validated.

*He was once famously hit in the unmentionables by Jeff Thomson during the 1974/75 England tour.

Was that the infamous incident when after 7 balls had been bowled (back when they had 8 ball overs), one of the commentators exclaimed "one ball left"? :shock:
