Famous people seen (or even met) whilst flying or lounging

Times are tough. Probably a personal trip so too strapped to pay for business.
Or the J cabin was full and his schedule meant he had to be on that flight ? No one mentioned he was in any lounge so he may NOT have been granted a Chairman's Lounge key, which seems unlikely, and that should have guaranteed a seat in J ?

I would expect he flew Y. I know many smart people that fly Y - it can be hard to justify the price of a J seat in anyone’s language.
Forbes rich list shows Gerry Harvey's net worth as at 26/01/24 as $1.9 billion ($US ?) so maybe at 84 years old he is concerned about his retirement nest egg. Or maybe he enjoys mixing with his customers !

Idiosyncrasies of many billionaires, tight as the proverbial fishes ……

…. and very often a fortune left to the next generstion who squanders the lot.
My understanding was that he always flies Y
An ABC article a few years back indicated that flying whY was one of his frugal habits. He was quoted as saying…

“I try to lead somewhere between a simple life and a normal life. I don't think there'd be anyone as wealthy as me in Australia that would live a more simple life than I do.”

There you have it folks - Gerry’s just a little Aussie battler like the rest of us… or at least those of us with a USD$1.9B net worth 🤣

Former One Direction band member and now solo artist Louis Tomlinson in the QF Business Lounge in Brisbane today. Louis is currently in Australia touring. Entourage accompanying him.

QF630, Mark Zahra, dual Caulfield & Melbourne Cups winning jockey on his way to connect with QF15, then to LAS for the Super Bowl. Said he's looking forward to it again.✈️🏇🏈
