For those on Qantas flights ws shoukd get calls starting Monday which gives us a few days. Given how close the flying dates are we should be too of the list.

So long as I'm healthy I plan to continue supporting local businesses where possible. My view at this stage is to attend regardless, and support the airline, accommodation and restaurants as well as the vineyards.

All dependant on no lockdown of course.

I am having a Pet scan next week and depending on the result will be having a course of radiation or chemo.

I'm still in at this stage, but naturally the situation is changing all the time. I'll fulfill any obligations i have made, and do hope it will go ahead, but understand if it doesn't. Will review my position accordingly in line with your timeframes Buzz.

If people cancel by the indicated date I shall not be out of pocket. After the date I need to confirm numbers and pay for the coach hence I can not offer a refund.

At this stage , I'm still in while there are no binding restrictions . WFH for 5 days a week , is already driving me nuts & i will need an outlet on weekend & what better outlet is meet up with like minded friends , have a good feed & a wine

Devastating news if not unexpected.

As at 2:00pm, Rockford and I assume many others received notification from the SA Government that they must allow 4sqm per person visiting the cellar door. Unfortunately they do not have sufficient space to host our group. Rockford are also concerned as to what further restrictions may come into force in the coming weeks.

For this reason I will issue a full refund to you.

If this event is to be held at another time, those that have booked will be given the first opportunity to come along.

Should you intend visiting Rockford on your own, please ring them first to ensure that not only is the cellar door open (they may have to temporarily close) but that they can actually accommodate you.

I'm sure that you all realise that the decision to cancel this event is beyond my control or that of Rockford.

Ruby and I would like to thank you all for your support over the years and can assure you that we will try and reschedule this event.

Think I paid with a now cancelled credit card, butI assume SGB will still be able to send me the funds

Not unexpected.

I will continue to monitor the daily-changing situation before cancelling my flights and if I can still travel and they are still accepting visitors to their cellar door then I shall still make the journey. May just have to rent a car!

Thanks Mr Buzzard. Disappointing but not exactly a shock. I think Rockford and you are correct to err on the side of caution - we simply do not know what the near future holds. Thanks so much to you and Ruby for your efforts. The main thing is you should not be out of pocket. I am happy to receive my refund in whatever manner is most convenient for you (let me know if you need me to do anything). I'll certainly look forward to a future Buzz 'n' Ruby Wine Tour should one eventuate when this stinking thing blows over.

I do hope Ruby and Buzz stay safe and well in Adelaide. M and I have been in quarantine for what seems like a week but it is merely Day 5. I do have some pretty good reds down on the level one cellar. I think we are saving money being locked up but time will tell.
