Anyone travelling to HK, ex SYD on Feb 15, QF87 who can kindly guest 1 into FLounge? I am taking my better half with me for a quick get away trip and only have one FLounge pass...Thanks

Unfortunately LHR will only be transit. Galway is my destination for a 2 day meeting (and you're right; I wouldn't dare insult the fine citizens of Eire by even implying they're affiliated with the UK ).

Then from Galway it's likely DUB-LHR-STR (4 days) BUD (3 days) MXP (3 days) HKG-ADL.

Had a quick look on this thread and it doesn't appear anyone is travelling on a similar flight to yours that day. Are you travelling J or Y on that sector? I guess it won't hurt to "try" your luck and sweet talk your way in ... however do expect that one may miss out on the F Lounge and anything else is a bonus.

Was just wondering if anyone knew if I was going to be fortunate enough to be on VH-OGH either on QF612 or QF637??? Does VH-OGH only operate on mainly East - West routes? I wouldn't mind giving the new Q- Streaming a go if I got the chance....

No lounge acess, but may have some time to kill on the return (depending on Sydney traffic of course!).

Doing the opposite to you leaving SYD at 630 going back to SYD at 1630, better luck next time
