Definitely “yes” to lounge in NAN.

There used to be a perspex sign with QF lounge access rules on the counter. If it’s still there, take a photo and post it! 😉

Am currently in the NAN lounge and the sign is not there. Qantas and Air Calin lounge check ins appear to be done via clipboard (I guess this is then emailed back to Qantas for payment). This is a same system as the CHC/ZQN lounges.
 
Do you know if a guest (not travelling on the same flight) is allowed?
Given how tightly they were questioning people regarding guests I’m going to say probably not (I didn’t ask but family next to me were being questioned. After all NAN isn’t a Qantas lounge but instead an associated lounge so standard policy of must be on same flight would apply. All will change sometime next year when FJ joins OW as a full member then OW policy will apply.
