Flybuys Points Delays - Reddy Express

Hi All,

Just wondering whether anybody else has encountered delays in Flybuys points crediting following the introduction of new POS machines at Reddy Express?

Usually points would show up like clock work the day after, however I'm yet to receive any points for transactions made last Tuesday and last Saturday.

The receipts show my Flybuys number and the points to be credited, however no sign of them despite the website stating points will be credited within 24 hours

Nope, still MIA.

I contacted Flybuys yesterday and they manually credited the normal fuel spend, but had to escalate the 8c per litre offer additional points to their support team ‘for further investigation’.

My 2 Reddy Express purchases over the past 2 weeks haven't been credited either. I'm also enrolled for 8 bonus points and I can see my Flybuys number and the number of points to be credited (but the amount is just for the 8 bonus points, not the standard points).

They were in so much hurry to divest themselves of the Cole’s infrastructure and POS I am not surprised there are issues.

mine eventually appeared without chasing up, about two weeks later

I received a coles / reddy express "collect 50 bonus points for sharing your feedback" and it just opens as a dead link for the last few days. I guess this is occurring for others too.
