Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Anyone received a docket deal recently? I started the most recent four week deal and I don't think I've had a single docket deal since it started. That combined with no mailed out points coupons = sad times at the moment. Must do more shopping at woolworths!

One from Target: 500 points/$30 or 1500 points/$50.

That's a good offer. It's better than the one I got. 500 points for $40 or 1500 points for $60. I think I'll still be able to manage mine. I want to get some clothing and other winter stuff for our family. I was just waiting for the right time.

I've had triple points docket deals 4 or 5 weeks in a row. I can't remember the last time I had the 1000 points or 500 points for a certain target docket deals.

None of our family members got an coupons this time. This is rare for us. I can't remember the last time there were coupons out there and none of us received them. It's been years.

I really think that Flybuys have cut down the number of coupon sets that were sent out this time. I'm 3 weeks into a 4 week offer but once that's finished we'll be reducing our Coles shopping. I've got 4 weeks left of the really good Woolworths deals so until I can stack multiple offers at Coles again I won't be doing any bulk shopping there (by bulk I mean anything over $30). The target that is usually sent to us is $50.

Bit strange not having the pamphlet being sent out. I didn't really get use out of the last one apart from the triple points as the spend targets were too high

Looks like they cut out all docket deals. I believe this is due to Coles reducing their budget for specials which might be connected to bonus point deals.

I can't say the same, I've received a number of triple point docket deals as of late.

Fairly decent haul today:
Purchased $50 Coles Mastercrd... had to look hard for one! - 2,000 points ($10)
Then used that pay $51 groceries, which included
Gilette razors: 1,000 points ($5)
Fabric Softener: 450 points ($2.25)
Base points: 51 ($0.25)
Total: 3500 points ($17.50) return

I was concerned when Coles announced their new pricing policy. I love their half price specials on brand name products. I don't buy many brand name goods when they aren't on special. I think their new policy will cost me money. It might save some people money but probably not me. I'll try to make the most of the remaining points offers. I think I'll cut out my midweek top up shopping and just collect the docket deals if I do a bulk shop late in the week.

Is it usually 1000 points for the Coles prepaid MC offers or 2000?

Also, if I use a coles myer giftcard for a $80 spend does this trigger the required spend for that week? Or do I need to pay in cash/credit?

cheers

1000 points for the $50 card.
2000 points for the $100 card

Any form of payment is OK.

Nice haul on the weekend (points already posted, except Android Pay bonus)

Spent $38.70
Dymocks $30 card: 2000 points
Ice cream: 225 points
Ice cream: 275 points
Base: 38 points
Docket 3x points: 16
Android Pay 5x points: 40

= 2594 points

1000 points for the $50 card.
2000 points for the $100 card

Any form of payment is OK.

Usually for targeted prepaid gift MC offers it is 500 bonus points for the $50 cards, and 1000 bonus points for the $100 cards
There are occasionally general (catalogue) offers on the prepaid gift MC's for 2000 bonus points, and from memory that is regardless of whether its a $50 or $100 card (like the current catalogue offer)

3 weeks at $100 for 5000 points - ignored.

Just wandering

I can't believe I only got on the fly buys train this year.
Easily reached the $80/4weeks/10,000 points buying stock for my work....stock that cost's 25% less then my wholesaler sells to us (woolies 1/2 price promo's)

Hey just a quick question - so I got targeted for the Coles MasterCard promo- 10 cards per household at 1000 bonus per 100$ card. 1000 points is 5 dollars so I'm breaking even on the $5 card spend right?

You break even on the $100 cards, not the $50 cards as you only get 500 points ($2.50) on the $50 ones.
