Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

I activated my $120/week for 4 weeks to get 15,000 points - the offer seems to have disappeared after the first week. is it meant to stay in the app?

The 4 week offers frequently disappear from the offers section. Check your account on a PC. It might still be listed somewhere in the account offers section. Flybuys know this is an issue and I believe they are working on ways to resolve it.

I find FB usually send weekly reminders while you remain on track

I haven't received one of those 'spend $X in Y weeks to get Z points' offers in over five months. I'm beginning to suspect it's due to having a high FB balance - anyone able to corroborate or am I just one of the unlucky few?

Care to define high FB balance.

It's not connected to your balance in my experience. Rather its your spending pattern. Stop spending and see what happens.

Thanks! I’ll take your word for it :)

@flybuys - small issue with Coles Canned Blueberries in Syrup 425g when you purchase from the Canned Fruit aisles at Coles targeted offer.

The offer says 425g and the shelf sticker says 425g but the can label says 415g.

Further clarification - the label has been printed incorrectly by stating 415g - the actual can size is 425g as stated in the offer and on shelf ticket. In any case, you'll receive the benefit of the offer.

Genius! Sometimes the most obvious solutions are the most elusive.

Also, I had the same issue of no offers for quite awhile - I completed my flybuys profile to 100% and changed my email address - this week got 5 new offers. Hubby also had none and did not do anything to profile, no new offers...so take from that what you will! We only shop Coles and have used the same CC cards so assume being a loyal customer is the issue here!

I'd be even more loyal to Coles if they have the 5% everyday gift card thing going on ;)

But they do. Relatively easy to get the 5% off at Coles just like Woolworths.

Yes, but not as easy as Woolworths where you have Car clubs, Entertainment Book and Cashrewards which most people are going to have access to. Anyone can join Cashrewards, most people are part of a car club (RACV etc) and many people buy Entertainment books for the other coupons. The Coles discounted cards are harder to come by and don't always offer a true 5% discount due to card fees and other added fees.

One of the reasons I rarely take up Coles Express targeted offers is that I can get a better deal combining the Woolworths fuel dockets and the discounted Wish cards. Coles Express charging more for petrol than Woolworths also factors into it.

If you're having trouble accessing these at exactly 5% off including any fees just let me know.
