Flybuys Targeted Bonus Promotions

Neither of mine have posted as yet. They told me the Liquorland bonus points take longer. Not sure if that’s true or not. Will give them another week before I ask again.

Yeah Liqourland do take a while, and Coles Express even longer still but I've never had them not post.

The only bonus points I have ever had to chase were those from the 50x BA Flybuys Travel ones. I hope that we see the likes of that 25% discount again! 25% is enough of an incentive for me to fly in a cabin staffed by Mona.

2000 pts for $70 -
Will need to shop tomorrow so will accumulate the various offers and see whether Coles comes out ahead. I imagine I will be able to split at least parts of it.

Where should I be wandering
Fred

I guess I'll be shopping at Woolies for a couple of more weeks.

I only need to spend $90 for 3500 but I'm not going to do that

Can you clarify how long Liquorland take. I've got some a couple of months old and I didn't take a screen shot of the offer

If it is not paid in around 4 weeks you have a problem. Do you have the email and promotion code. I've had to chase them up a few times this year - always gets sorted but a bit of a hassle.

nope - neither of those so think it's probably not worth it

Do you have the order details (date/total spend). I've kept a list of offers throughout the year with Liquorland and maybe able to help?

Yes - it was a First choice promotion and the date was around the 8th July. I spent $105 and I think it was get a bonus maybe 10,000 points. I might just chase them up and see what happens

I've only ever seen a 10,000 point offer from Liquorland and it is generally over a 3 week period on two occasions. I am on one right now as are a few others reported in recent posts on this thread. The other was a few months ago I never was offered but saw on this thread some others were lucky enough to get it.

First Choice generally only do a maximum of 2k bonus points but I've occasionally seen 3000 or 4000 but that is when you need to spend hundreds.

Regarding the timeline, I don't have any record of First Choice offers that cover the 8th July, but I do have one sent on the 29th June valid until 5th July for 2k points when spending $50 with the Promo code "2000". It could be that or you may have received a different targeted offer you used on the 8th July.

I also had a look up thread around that period and looked for offers matching what you said and didn't find any, however I did note on post 4796 on 4th July you posted the below in italics in a conversation we were having, so perhaps the offer I suggested above is the one you should be entitled to.

Perhaps give First Choice a call claiming that as being the promotion - if it is not the case they would correct you as to the correct promotion if you feign some vagueness.

Good luck!!

Do you take screenshots - I did one with First Choice the other day and have no record of the fact I was supposed to get 2000 bonus points

Ah thanks - you're a legend - didn't think to go back further in this thread. I'll definitely chase them up. Work is chaos atm so will try and find some time

Have spend $100 in one shop at coles in store or online for 4,000pts which presumably can be stacked with a spend $100 on your first shop online and get 3,000pts.

Seems a good deal.

Getting these offers trickling through now.
  • $110 for 4400 points,
  • $50 for 2000 points
  • $60 for 2400 points.
A few accounts still waiting.
