My apologies… the first screenshot is titled ‘gold status is coming your way’ followed by ‘you have successfully registered to upgrade your status with ALL’.Ah, there was a seperate link to accept the status gift. You may have missed out
There was some discussion up thread about other peeps getting into that error cycle (accounts already linked) but managed to accept the offer once directed to the correct link.

I received this same email on July 29th. Still no upgrade to Gold status. Who should be contacted: Accor or Qantas? I do log in, but no form "spits out". I am just constantly directed to FAQ scenarios.Log in and it spits out a form you fill in.
