Newbie here - searched this forum but couldn't find an answer to this problem yet:

I'm trying to fill out the Concierge form but after entering dates for a multi-city enquiry, I get

Error - Create Quote API call failed

I tried multiple dates and both sites (Point Hacks & AFF Concierge), but always get this error. Any advice?

Just wondering how long after submitting a request for help searching for Qantas Oneworld Classic Reward seats will I receive my quote.
I have received email acknowledgement of my request but was curious to know when I will hear back.
I appreciate that the more complex my “itinerary” the longer it might take plus there’s the Christmas/New Years holiday period.
Being a complete newbie I really appreciate your advice.

I can confirm we're back onboard after the new year break, ready to assist :)

We try to get back to you as soon as possible, but with especially complex requests such as Oneworld Classic Rewards it can take longer. We'll aim to provide an assessment within 5 business days of your request.

The agent assisting you with your request will let you know if there's anything you need to do on your end.

I perfectly understand that complex itineraries coupled with limited Classic Reward seats can make it challenging for you.
I was more curious as to how long before seeing an outline.
