About 2 weeks ago I started getting shin pain usually caused from too much running, well I am training for a marathon, so last week suggested I should get a massage. The next day the shin pain was still there but the other end of the of the leg I started getting hip pain.
That pain ended up getting worse so on Thursday I had trouble getting out of bed, lucky I found a physio who was able to identify the problem and give me some exercises to do, I see them again tomorrow. Lets hope this pain goes away so I can at least finish, need to run/jog it in 6:30 usually have finished between 4:05 to 4:40
